Is it safe to assume there is something wrong with the black culture today? A city in this fine state of Massachusetts was once inhabited by white people of european descent obviously. Such as italians, irish, germans, etc.. throughout its history. Yet now people of african descent moved in and its like a foreign country now!

Ever heard the saying "white flight". It is when a white families town is overrun with "black Americans" or mexicans. You can't blame them, watch the news and you will see who commits the crimes. Oh let me guess you think the news in racist? Watch the spanish news, they wouldn't sell our their own criminals would they? Oh yes they would. The trash of the black and mexican communities have ruined it for the hard working families that actually took the time with their children and taught them correct english, morales, and values. What did we all learn when Rodney King got beat for being on Angel Dust almost killing two other motorist and resisted arrest? That black people will riot and burn down their own city if they don't get what they want.

Do you mean like Prince George's county Maryland? It was once predominately white but now it is 62% black. It is also the 2nd wealthiest county in the US up from being the 5th wealthiest. Let's just hope too many whites don't move in and ruin it.
BTW it's cities not citys

No, it's not as though all of the white Europeans died--they moved to greener pastures. I'm certain that not only African-Americans moved into that city, but rather that many minority groups did.
