I lived in Compton California. You could not judge any race only because the acts of some of its people. Yeah some are but the majority are cool and good friends.

Why are BLACK people so mean and so violent?
Sulejmen Talovic, dude.
Eighteen year-old Sulejmen Talovic, a BOSNIAN refugee living in Salt Lake City, has been identified as the suspect in last night's tragic shooting at Trolley Square. Talovich shot two victims in the mall parking lot before entering the mall where he shot seven others, killing a total of five. Police then killed Talovich during a shootout.
Columbine, Padukah, Ky.,

Did you mean, "why are some black people so mean and violent?"
Certainly you don't mean all black people are mean and violent?
Some people from every race and hue are mean and violent. Education, parenting and social conditions affect every child. An adult without a decent education has a hard time support him/herself which leads to poor health, depression and self-limiting life choices. If you, the inquirer, are worried for yourself, getting the best education possible is one way out.
If you are an observer of social conditions you might want to reach out and help some children before they become mean and violent.
You can do this as a humanistic gesture towards your fellow Americans, or do it because interracial crime is spiraling and very dangerous to everyone.
Good Luck!

That's with anyone mean or violent. I can speak for being Black that many of us are mean or have violent tendencies, just like someone of another race can speak of their own. It's a general thing. Many people live in certain areas where the majority are one race and few others to where it would seem the only violent people are that majority, but you have to see other areas too, you'll realize, it's not just that one group of people. I use to feel that way too about Black people, because I grew up in mostly Urban areas, but I've been to other cities where different races, people in general are mean. I do however feel many Black people take the biggest offense when discussing racism, which shouldn't be the case. Discussing it is to hopefully heal it, not make it worse.

it's a self-fulfilling cycle. if they grow up in violent areas, and see that in their world, life has little meaning, it just perpetuates.
That being said, all humans are capable of extreme violence and horrors. Germany in the 30's and 40's. Soviet Union in the 50's and 60's and on. The Rape of Nanking by the Japanese. Spanish inquisition. Doesn't matter. Every race, every color has a history of mindboggling cruelty.
Perhaps it's time you relearned some history.

Why do u put it in your head??
imagine if you were black what would you have said , why white people are so mean?
People are not by their colors buts thoughts, beliefs and the diamonds in their hearts.
Do you think is it a fault? its all by the creator and how did you know they are black ? so you can see yourself white? this isn't the big deal.
Open up your heart , have more experiences , just don't put it in your head , if you think they are mean so they got the worse treatment that drove them treating you like that, have more sense of understanding , and please put yourself in the same situation , we are all human by hearts not colors!

Not all of them, only the ones who have been exposed to violence, drugs ect but that would happen to white people too, or any people who were brought up in a rough area.
