No, they are not biased in any way. Some blacks will say they are, because whites do average higher scores. This is just an excuse. No different than a black person saying the legal system is racist.

Your statistics are wrong. Blacks don't have low IQ scores, but in most studies they are slightly lower on average than whites with regards to the test scores. That's SLIGHTLY lower.
It is a problem with the tests, not with IQs. Thomas Sowell's book "Race and Culture" notes that there is a 15 point difference in IQ between the Catholics and Protestants in Ireland. Genetically they are both Irish (and genetically Irish aren't much different from British if anyone was thinking to argue THAT point), so the only difference is the socio-economic disparity between the two. The test is obviously faulty.
The way you worded your question was obviously meant to cause controversy.
Saying blacks have low IQs is NOT the same as saying blacks score slightly lower on IQ tests. but when you say that you wonder about the tests, then you are hitting the truth.
Whether you were being sarcastic or not.
But some tests actually have blacks scoring ABOVE average. Others have blacks in general scoring slightly lower, but with some demographic groups of blacks scoring much higher than the average.
So, it's the tests, dummy.

because they are racist. they might say that Blacks have mind-blowing bodies yet they are stupid. and they might say that Asians have mind-blowing minds yet susceptible bodies. community people were basically savages. And hispanics-- at the same time as they got here alongside, they were basically all screwed up because they were/are "blended" more often than not. I won best answer to ur last question. here you go again generalizing all black people. i am black graduated from highschool with a 3,4 gpa and scored a 27 on my ACT test, Now i am in college i already have my associates and is now working on my bachelors. and on top of that i pay for my schooling on my own and has never commited a crime. so i dont fit into your 75% iqs or your 60% crime rate. so stop generalizing. thank you

Actually, yes, to a certain extent the test are biased towards white people. This is just a fact and the "way it is." I.Q. tests are based on a "sampling" of people who have taken the tests before. You are then "compared" to that sampling, based on the amount of time it takes to do it, and the number of questions you have right. You are then compared to that sampling. On I.Q. tests, most of which were made during the 1950's and 1960's were indeed made by whites and tested by whites. They have no questions, spatial or other questions pertaining to the way blacks live their lives, merely whites. This is what makes the test biased.
They are still good tools for measurements, just not 100% accurate.

No, I don't think IQ Tests are racist towards us but we should laugh about it and take it in our stride. Ever heard the saying: 'The darker the skin, the denser the brain'? And we know that's not true so....laugh and move on!

It is not well documented. What is well documented is that IQ tests are culturally sensitive. You do not know much about the IQ test, or about reliability and validity. Please look at yourself before you look at anyone else. I'm sure there is a lot you can work on.

It is more likely that the IQ tests are biased toward those people who have grown up in what might be termed "white culture."
In addition, I would question your statistics. Would you be kind enough to supply the source for your statistics? Please name the studies and who conducted them, the size of the samples used to conduct the studies and whether there were control groups used.
Or did you just make this stuff up?
