What was the law regarding Indians owning firearms? I haven't seen any law so far but it would make sense that any colonizer would try to prevent a colonized population from owning firearms. Also, the Indian revolution was largely nonviolent with more Indians dying than British.

Remember movies like Menace To Society, and Boyz In Tha Hood? I am sure you remember movies like that. Movies that always portrayed black men and women in a negative light. They were always shooting one another or the women were sleeping around. But now movies like that have faded away. We now have movies and shows that show our successful black men with white women. Or our beautiful black women with white men. Do you think that the media plays a big role in the way that black ppl treat one another and even in relationships? For instance in the movie Monster's Ball (Black men would you have liked to see Halle Berry have sex with someone other than a white man) or black women when ever turn on the television and they show a white woman kissing a black man, does that raise a hair on your head? why do you feel there are not as much positive interactions between black men and women. And why do you think they continually show movies and shows like this? And why do we constantly watch them?

Remeber the Lacy Peterson story? When they found out she was pregnant when she died. They found the fetus and was discussing this in the media and talk radio shows. Well there was this caller who said she was an animal lover. She said her only concern was "What happened to her dog that she was walking" and hoped it was still alive and ok. Why was this her only concern about the case and what happened to this poor lady and her family. So do all animal lover care for their pets more than Humanity? Just trying to understand not trying to offend anyone.

because from what I read It sounds like a bunch of psuedo-sociology. Does anyone really think a minority at the same income level has a harder time getting into college...or getting a good job. If so please explain why. I can see how a poor kid would have a harder time to become a doctor than a wealthy one but that is a class and education issue. If the reason is that blacks are still generally poor compared to whites because of this countries history(slavery) I believe that is a cop-out...it will be a self defeating outcome for your race. This is not a racist question..just an honest one

Anytime someone asks a sincere question about racism or homosexuality to gain an understanding they immediatly start getting bashed on. Yet these same people who are doing the bashing say that others ( outside there sexual preference, race,etc)need to be more open minded. How can people learn or have an understand of these things unless they ask, but yet get bashed for asking? It's kind of a double edged sword isn't it?

Why do a lot of the latino people I meet assume that us white people think that we are better than them. My girlfriend is hispanic as are a lot of my friends..so we can talk about everything pretty much. A lot of them have no other white friends and don't come in contact with many white people on a personal level. So where do they get this idea from? Is this passed down from thier parents whom didn't have white friends either? My latino freind said to me a little while ago "White people don't like kids because that don't have as many as Spanish people." That one has me still laughing. This isn't a hate question..honestly

Filipinos have unique and wonderful culture and traditions like any other people in the world. But, in their efforts to seek greener pasture in foreign land, they are often discriminated and, worse, suffered horrible death.

Flor Contemplation was hanged to death in Singapore, while Sarah Balabagan was bitten hundred times in Saudi Arabia for the crimes they vehemently denied any guilt. These two (2) cases are but a drop of water in an ocean. Other stories of abuse perpetrated against Filipinos, particularly on women, are untold.

Filipinos are almost in all places in the world. You might have encountered them and been witnessed to their stories.
