When asked this question, always respond in the past tense, and talk about steps you've taken to correct it. An example might look something like this...
"My greatest weakness was computer software applications. But recently I've been taking classes toward Microsoft certification to become more proficient."
This lets the interviewer know that you don't think of yourself as perfect, and that you're constantly trying to improve. Self awareness and self improvement are very valuable assets that employers look for.
Hope this helps.

Be prepared to face this Question.
U have to tell some weakness about u rather than telling no weakness.
if u tell ur weakness, they will ask u to give one incident about ur weakness. so u should be ready to face this question also.
So, prepare the answer for these two questions and attend the HR interview.
Generally, These type of questions will be faced in the HR interview.

Simply.
Your answer should rely on the matter that you are generally asked in that interview-usually,your proffession.
So you don't have to mention your private weaknesses at all;
just say something like:"
Oh,I work too much and I don't know when I should stop"!
lol

You respond honestly but you make sure you have a solution/ goal that you can improve on your weakness. Employers know everyone has a weakness but when it comes to someone saying they have none, it shows they current have no goals for self improvement or achievement. I think employers like to hire people who want to achieve something because it could help towards the success of the business.

I happened to be one of those asked such question too but i responded by saying that- well, my phlilosophy is: "the Golden Rule" so, i believe in what is worth doing is worth doing well- efficacy; when things are not being done the right way, just and with consideration of how such act affects others, i feels passionately bad.

Frequent question. Am sure everyone has weakness, be honest about it (without it looking bad on you). Surprisingly, the same weakness can be your STRENGTH too! My answer to this question has always been - I'm meticulous, very thorough in my work, going through again and again just to ensure that everything's alright. Is that a weakness :-)

it's best to point out a weakness as something like : I don't like having things left over from the days work on my desk so I have to finish what I start before I leave. Turn a weakness into something the employer would appreciate.Do Not tell the truth. of your real weaknesses

NEVER ANSWER BACK "MY GREATEST WEAKNESS IS", ANSWER BACK "MY GREATEST CHALLENGE IS", and have it be something that is not often considered a bad thing like being a perfectionist, often asking a lot of questions to clarify, taking a long time to do a job well, very persistent with a problem, etc. Hope this helps...! =D

Represent ur greatest strength as ur weakness.
Like
"My greatest weakness will be, I tend to get my work done really fast. I always have got that sence of urgency in me, but often I tend to meet people who are not of my wave length"
Also do not try to bluff anything.

The stock answer is " I tend to drive myself too hard". Another is "My standards can be too high for some people". Personally I would try to find a truthful answer about yourself that is still positive.
