A socialite is interesting in using social events to further her smiling agenda.
Party Girls just want to go out, get messed up, and have superficial and meaningless experiences to fill the days inbetween her work schedule.

well a party girl is one who knows how to have a good time just cause she likes it,(no matter what her financial status is) (and does not mean she is a slut either) she has that wild streak in her.. where as a socialite just socialises because it's her duty.
