Ok So there is this guy i work with. And i am in the closet but i think he is too. I mean when i first started working with him i just thought he was shy and we would always be touching on accident and i would catch him staring and i would stare. And he even gave me some of his favorite music to put on my ipod. But he doesn't really talk to girls but he says and( he only told me this) that certain girls arent' easy to talk to. But occasionally he would remark that some girl is hot. But i just think he is saying that. But when another girl worked with us and i was talking to her all day (and i was only doing that so she wouldn't think i was gay) he said after she left that he felt i was ignoring him which just made me so happy cuz i thought maybe he does like me but i am not sure. Is there a certain test i can do to see if he really likes me PLEASE I REALLY LIKE HIM! Plus he leaves after this summer so i am unsure if i should risk telling him how i feel.

We are going to pride in Seattle this weekend and want to take my partner's little brothers, they are 7 year old twins. They recognize our relationship and dont really think about it much because she is their sister and they just accept whatever she says. Pride is always somewhat family oriented, and people bring kids all the time. The parade is televised so they are very strict in enforcing clothing and conduct rules.
What pro's and con's do you see to taking children to a pride celebration? I feel like at this point they may ask some questions for sure, but i'd rather them be curious now than not be exposed to it and turn out to be homophobic and vile 10 years down the road....

The Bible and other religious texts were written so long ago that as user manuals (guidance codes) they must be out of date. I mean our policies and procedures at work get re-written almost daily as they respond to the changing environment, and whilst I believe that the general prinicpals still hold good, some of the specifics are so outdated that they no longer apply and only cause confusion to bigots.

So how about some of us get together and issue a fully revised version.

My boyfriend of three weeks likes me to perform oral sex on him when his buddies are around because he likes them to watch, but the other day when my bf wasn't home from work yet one of his buddies showed up and wanted me to do give him some head. I refused. When my bf walked in I took him in the kitchen and told him what had happened, and he said I should've done it cuz not doing it was a form of disrespect.

BUT I AM HARDCORE just not when it comes to hardcore dancing. tee hee. so if someone could explain why it's sooooo amazing i'd really appreciate it :)

I don't necessarily mean in a sexual way (i.e. that you fancy them). I just mean think they're gorgeous in an admiration sort of way.

I mean to say why is not being able to have kids a reason agaist homosexual relationships?
Straight people do others things together, such as have a friendship, look after each other and deal with financial issues.

I don't think they believe their only function is to have children, do you?

I am bisexual and I have been told I should get a female partner before I get a male partner, I wanna say I am not listening to those people that told me that, because I am going to say in the past I have danced with girls and I didn't feel anything, I didn't feel cozy, I didn't feel connected with them, but I have danced with boys and I
have all kinds of feelings raceing through me, I finally felt connected with them right away, I love girls too, but I feel my most coziest around boys, I have been since I was little, and I still do today, now if it is disrespectful for gay and lesbian people to have their arm around each other in public how does that say something about the country? I think they should be proud of who they are, the same way a man has his arm around his woman in public, WHY CAN'T PEOPLE WHO LOVE DIFFERENY DO THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I said this hundreds of times and I will say it 101 times
I believe people are born with a genetic disorder from their mother,

... what about religion?

There are Ex-Roman Catholics, Ex-Baptists, Ex-Presbyterians, Ex-Methodists, Ex-Episcopalians, Ex-Lutherans... all have chosen their religion. There are no scientific studies showing that religion is innate and unchanging, while there are such studies regarding sexual orientation.

There are also those who say that discrimination against gay people should be allowed because, unlike race, sexual orientation can be hidden from others. Since a persons religious denomination can also be hidden, should discrimination be tolerated since they can hide their religion from others?

There are laws against discrimination towards a person due to their religion, but these could be called "special rights" since someone could change their religious denomination... if they really wanted to.

Why should discrimination against a person due to their sexual orientation be allowed while discrimination against the individual choice of religion is considered illegal?

It seems like whenever you hear about a person dying of AIDS people assume they are homosexual or abused drugs. The drug thing is understandable because of needles, but I don't see why everyone assumes it is more common in homosexuals than heterosexuals. I only want a reason though. I honestly don't care what your personal opinion of homosexuality is. I just want to know why, so please be nice about your answers!

if there was a gay/lesbian running it? They wouldn't judge others & the country that they were running would at least be a fair one with no prejudices, don't you agree?

One of the founders of the "ex-gay" group Exodus International, Michael Bussee, left the group after falling in love with another "ex-gay." They had a commitment ceremony and were together until his partner died more than a decade later. Bussee said he hadn't "met one who went from gay to straight. Even if you manage to alter someone's sexual behavior, you cannot change their true sexual orientation."

An Exodus spokesperson, John Paulk, was photographed at a Washington DC gay bar. Paulk denied that he visited the bar, but later changed his story and said that he didn't know that it was a gay bar and only entered to use the restroom. Paulk stayed for over an hour and purchased drinks for other bar patrons.

The current president of Exodus, Alan Chambers, said in a June 2007 interview that he has “come to resent the term ‘ex-gay’", "he still struggles at times with homosexual temptation" & "By no means would we ever say change can be sudden or complete.”

Homosexuals can hide their sexuality......plus it's a behavior. You do not choose to be black.

I just don't find guys my age or the boyish type that attractive.
