What?! I'm gay and I do not feel trapped in a man's body. I'm glad to be a guy and no way in heck would I want to be a female. No offense to any females, but that just isn't me, I'm a guy, and always want to be a guy!. I think a text book would help you out here. :)

It's not so much Gays, it's more Transgendered people. All i could really think is that obviously everyone has Estrogen and Testosterone from both parents and maybe some people have more of the opposite hormone (guys with too much Estrogen, girls with too much Testosterone) so it makes them think/feel more like the other gender (i've always felt i have an equal amount because i've always felt somewhere in between) , since those hormones are what make us feminine or masculine in the first place. That's my theory, anyway. I could be wrong...

I have no idea what you are asking.
I am gay and I don't believe I am trapped in a man's body. I wish I trapped with a man's body next to me, but that's a different story.
I am very happy with my body. Well, minus like 10 pounds.

Have you even ever met a gay person? This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The only people that have said that are transgendered, not necessarily gay. Gay men do not believe they are women trapped in a man's body. They are just as proud to be men as hetero men are.

If they are "trapped in a man's body" they are transgenders honey, that is where you feel like you are the opposite gender from what you were born as.

We're not trapped, we're happy where we are, to be gay is to love men's bodies and love having a man's body.

First of all, there's a big difference between someone who is homosexual (gay) and someone who is transgendered (believes that their gender does not match their sex). I would specifically ask some transgendered people if you want a serious question. There is also a movie called "Paris is Burning" that you could rent that explores the subject.
