It was at a club in Coventry, queued up and the bouncer said that I was in the wrong club and smiled, firstly i thought he was joking until he asked me to stand aside. I asked why he said that, he said i looked gay and he could refuse me entry.
I stopped a policeman that was passing and told him and he said that, if thats the door policy then I cant do anything. I am furious and I feel singled out for being gay. What do you guys/girls think...
Even worse the people in the queue laughed at me and where giving me hassle..!!! I was with 4 girls at the time and they stood by me and did not enter the club because of what happened.

they used their disabilites to hoard it over everybody around them,because in general that is actually the type of negative person that they have become or have always been or lately have decided to change and just be a real whiny cry a** about every little thing?

For me, I had a (now ex close friend) who almost died when she was a baby...as did her mom..but, it was a heart condition..and her mom had been sick when giving birth,..now, mind you, while I wouldn't want either of those two to pass on..(and they sure didn't, thank God!), but, unfortunately, the daughter who used to be the "close friend" of mine...her atittude got "meaner and just plain ugly!" Her other friends from college would ask me about her attitudes...(I didn't say a word,,,until one day, I finally broke down and told one of them about her nasty bossy attitude..not just towards me, but, her own family,and strangers near by us!) Her mannerisms had gotten meaner and meaner...and VERY manipulative!

If so, state the name and the locality where you live.

I have met 7 different men with the name, "Robert Carl Jones", mostly in the Southwestern US, but I knew one guy with this name who married a neighbor of mine back East.

Most people believe Smith and Jones are the most common surnames. However, Williams may be the most common American surname. Your opinion?

Guys, I realize that I could easily avoid reading idiotic posts like theirs, but Doris' recent posts regarding Matt Sheppard have done it in for me. I'm gathering support for appointing a moderator for the GLBT forum to get rid of trolls and hatemongers on a more immediate and long-lasting basis, and try to restore that sense of community back to this forum.

I live in a neighborhood with a lot of blacks.(We are moving soon. Ghetto people came and started messing everything up.) Anyway I am naturally bright in skin color. Not like almost white but kind of like the skin color of video girls. I also do not have the black nappy hair it is soft long and curly. I don't have big lips or a big butt. Everybody says I'm a sellout and I turned on black people because I like Harry potter, like other genres other then rap and I don't look stupid dancing to songs like "jigga juice". I don't curse often and I'm not always fighting or talking about other girls. Nor am I getting into peoples faces. I like white guys and Native American guys. Everybody says I act white because of it. Except for some black people and my white friends.

My daughter is 15 and has a girlfriend. I am ok with this. My problem is that they are all over each other all the time! As bad as this is at home I am embarassed to be out in public with them. I'm not so much embarassed that my child is gay, but you know the stigma that goes with it. I don't like the way people look at them. I want to protect her, even from family. So is it wrong for me to ask them not to be so obvious when we are in public? Keep in mind I have only known about all this for about 6 months so I have not fully worked it out in my own head. But I love her no matter what, and her girlfriend is a good kid.

I am a christian and I support gay rights. My belief for marrige is that if two guys love each other than let them get married. I am confused when it comes to what God wants and my friends all are totally against it! My granpa is a widowed 92 year old man who liked to lead a simple lifestyle with his girlfriend of 14 years. His main source of fun used to be puttering around at the local casino spending something like $50 a visit. He doesn't need much is what he says. What would be a good gift idea to give him at his old folks home, outside of clothes and food, which he always has plenty of.

He has no major health problems aside from saying he is gradually getting weaker, a natural thing for a man his age.

Makes me wonder where the girl who wrote earlier about discrimination in her school lives...

A pair of 14-year-old girls were kicked off the bus, which they were taking to the Sexual Minority Youth Recreation Center in Portland, Oregon, for PDA. The bus driver called them "sickos."

I think this guy should be nailed to the wall, because he's doubtlessly taking other LGBT kids who are too young to drive on this route, and because you don't call a passenger "sicko" for kissing.

Also, my wife and I take buses together in NYC quite often, and we've had people get offended, but never got kicked off. I'm grateful now, and a bit disgusted at myself for feeling grateful too. Nobody should have this happen to them.
