Do you think there is alot of racism in the world nowadays?

First of all I`m black, and I think there is alot of racism toward us and others. I personally am not racist toward anyone, and I want to know your opinion.

The reason for it is that most americans havent gotten over the lessons history taught us at a price.

They still believe in their own culture as being better than any other culture. They havent relaised that we're all one culture, AMERICAN. I just define myself as american, not "white", scottish, german, irish, welsh, english, dutch, native american, african, asian, hispanic or anything else. It was addng all these labels that polarises us.

This is why people are still racist on all sides (banded together color or nationality).

I think that the sooner everyone drops these labels, we'll all be a great deal happier. I'm an american and so are you. I vote, and you vote too. We both pay taxes, hold jobs and hope for a better tommorrow. We hope our kids will do better in life when they do what we're doing. (Being an adult, going further along the road).

see, the point of history is that we need to learn from it. Or we repeat it, like ralph kramden or robert shelton. Or shawty and a few others i've noticed on this website.

I'm an american first, then i'm me second. and we're the result of our history, the end product, not the next repeat of it.

Yes, there is a lot of racism in the world, unfortunately. But, believe it or not, I see it mostly coming from black people towards anyone that isn't black. Especially whites, but towards anyone in general that isn't black.

People as usual are too fast to judge. I think that if you try to understand what a person is about, and be open minded, we could learn a lot.. There are bad apples, as they say in every color and race... but there is oh so much good out there, if only people would open up their hearts more and be less judge mental.. oh well.. we can wish can't we?.

Unfortunately as long as the world is diverse and full of different people and colors racism or moreso ignorance is something that will probably not go away for a long while.

gurl i'm black to & i kno i feel racism all da time but i wouldnt necessarily say theres a lot of racism i think theres a lot of discrimination not only on the races but also on ppl's lifestyle & stuff of dat nature . but some blk folks need to open up they eyes & kno dat white ppl arent always against them sometimes it's rly dat blk ppl are to insecure with themselves dats just my personal opinion & n my personal experiences.

well at least we aint segregated and actually no, we've come a long way, interacial dating, biracial kids...just cuz there are assholes on here don't mean the world is like this. i'm not racist either and get offended when people say otherwise

I think so. This guy in my school is racist to me,just because I'm Asian
