No. It's "chavist" lol.
They're not a race, just a sort of cult group, like Goths or punks were.
I wish the fad would go away though, I'm fed up with being intimidated by groups of them if I have to go to my local shops in the evening!

No, chav is not a race.I don't think anyone actually likes chavs (except other chavs).They are a waste of space, they smoke, drink, swear,reproduce like rabbits, claim benefits ,look common...It's a shame that there is not a strain of Myxamatosis that is chav-specific.

Definitely not ,Chavs are the scum of the earth and they consist of all ethnic groups so i can't see it being racist.
