What are some of the best Christmas songs you can find. But i don't mean the classic ones like "winter wonderland". I'm talking about the ones that make you want to get up and dance.

History Channel about China, showed a dig where a 2000yr old women still looked like she was alive, even had red blood still in her veins. He joints would bend, skin was still elastic.

The Roman Catholic Church has these people canonized as Saints if they were religious people because they didn't decay.

Can anyone give me any information on the number of children who either died or were sold into slavery during the Children's Crusade? List sources, if you can.

Thanks.

To want peace when you are capable of destroying your enemy is what Hinduism considers peaceful! That is power with intelligence! Not surrendering to your enemies in the name of peace!
Why have Hindus forgotten their Gita? Fight and you shall die or win, in both cases you are a winner! Donot fight and you shall be branded a coward for the rest of your days and lose the fight! Gandhi lived by Jainism which is "Nastika" or atheism! You talk of non-violence without understanding it! Do you not believe in God anymore?

In the UK it is not uncommon for people to get boxes or single cotton handkerchiefs as extra supplementary gifts. I did a few times and used them, as I am a handkerchief user anyway.

Has anyone gotten handkerchiefs for Christmas, how long ago, how old were you, were you a handkerchief user and if you weren't, did getting them for Christmas start you using them?

I'm asking this here since there probably are more Atheists in R&S than Christians.

What would happen if just one fossil showed that humans and dinosaurs lived together? What would happen to the Evolutionary time line? What would happen if an object was found that was found in, say a 65 million year old rock, that could not have been produced until the space age? Would that show that humans did not start off as dumb-as-a-rock cavemen but were intelligent from the get-go? And please if you think aliens dropped the object off, where's the evidence?

I'll be back and I'm not even trying to troll!!! =)

With Christmas coming, I am faced with a problem. I have no idea what to get my sister-in-law for Christmas. She is extremely hard to buy for. We don't get along very well. As matter of fact, she barely speaks to me unless it's something mean. But I guess I have to get something. She is a new mother if that helps with suggestions. Thanks.

The debate rages on and is quite funny IF you can stand back and look at the arguments objectively:

-both sides accuse the other of being ignorant, stupid and close-minded.
-both sides accuse the other of ignoring ‘evidence’ that doesn’t fit their case.
-both sides blast away believing their one point will win the other side over.
-both sides believe their position is 100% right and the other side 100% wrong.
-both sides accuse the other of ignoring huge holes in their position.
-both sides accuse the other of believing in something that can’t be proved.
-both sides believe winning their respective position will either prove or disprove the existence of God.
-both sides use an impressive amount of child-like name calling and mud slinging.
-neither side seems capable of leaving the other side alone.

Here is the real funny one: Both sides will believe the points above don’t belong to them, but belong to those on the other side!!! Hilarious!!

Neither side will understand that the purpose of my question is to get both sides to lighten up!!

Do you agree with me that his is funny?

Leviticus 21:16-23

16 And Jehovah continued to speak to Moses, saying: 17 "Speak to Aaron, saying, 'No man of your seed throughout their generations in whom there proves to be a defect may come near to present the bread of his God. 18 In case there is any man in whom there is a defect, he may not come near: a man blind or lame or with his nose slit or with one member too long, 19 or a man in whom there proves to be a fracture of the foot or a fracture of the hand, 20 or hunchback or thin or diseased in his eyes or scabby or having ringworms or having his testicles broken. 21 Any man of the seed of Aaron the priest in whom there is a defect may not approach to present Jehovah's offerings made by fire. There is a defect in him. He may not approach to present the bread of his God. 22 He may eat the bread of his God from the most holy things and from the holy things. 23 However, he may not come in near the curtain, and he may not approach the altar, because there is a defect in him; and he should not profane my sanctuary, for I am Jehovah who is sanctifying them.'"

those out, at work, wherever. I mark "Other", because I my ancestors came from Italy, so I feel that I am an Italian-American. True, I am white, but I mark other just as my protest to certain groups like blacks wanting to be called African-Americans. I have no problem with calling a black person an African-American, just as long as he or she would call me an Italian-American or a European American. Just as that persons ancestors came from Africa (albeit against their will, which wasn't right) my ancestors also came to America to seek a better life for themselves and future generations. If things were so great in Italy, they would've stayed. Anyway, do you see where I'm going with this? Are their any other white people out there who mark "Other" as race when filling this kinda form out?

Modern Christians would agree that aliens most probably do exist.
Inevitably some alien(s) would visit our world one day.
If one day a group of aliens come to earth capable of speaking with our human language and being 100 times smarter than humans and told us:

"We don't know who Jesus is. We don't have religion in our planet"

What would you do?
