I'm asking this here since there probably are more Atheists in R&S than Christians.
What would happen if just one fossil showed that humans and dinosaurs lived together? What would happen to the Evolutionary time line? What would happen if an object was found that was found in, say a 65 million year old rock, that could not have been produced until the space age? Would that show that humans did not start off as dumb-as-a-rock cavemen but were intelligent from the get-go? And please if you think aliens dropped the object off, where's the evidence?
I'll be back and I'm not even trying to troll!!! =)

Put in Ica stones in whatever search engine you prefer. Just a minute; got to add more. It won't let me put an article in this stupid writing space

What is not talked about is that The BBC got wind of this discovery and swooped down to produce a documentary about the Ica stones. The media exposure ignited a storm of controversy. Archaeologists criticized the Peruvian government for being lax about enforcing antiquities laws (but that was not their real concern). Pressure was applied to government officials. The farmer who had been selling the stones to Cabrera was arrested; he claimed to have found them in a cave but refused to disclose the exact location to authorities, or so they claimed.
This case was disposed of so artfully that it would do any corrupt politician proud. The Peruvian government threatened to prosecute and imprison the farmer. He was offered and accepted a plea bargain; he then recanted his story and "admitted" to having carved the stones himself. Be back in less than a minute.

Okay. So I lied. It was more than a minute. But let's get back on topic.
That seems highly implausible, since he was uneducated and unskilled and there were 11,000 stones in all. Some were fairly large and intricately carved with animals and scenes that the farmer would not have had knowledge of without being a palaeontologist.
He would have needed to work every day for several decades to produce that volume of stones. However, the underlying facts were neither here nor there. The Ica stones were labelled "hoax" and forgotten.
he case did not require a head-to-head confrontation or public discrediting of non-scientists by scientists; it was taken care of with invisible pressure tactics. Since it was filed under "hoax", the enigmatic evidence never had to be dealt with. Go to http://www.s8int.com/dinolit25.html to see them yourself.
Also, just look around at www.s8int.com

What proof is there that man evolved in the first place? All I have seen thus far is a collection of bones that may prove that at some point in the history of the world there existed a mammal that resembled an ape and a modern day man. How many different species of a life forms appear today? How many different types of birds are there? How many different types of mammals are there? And how many of these have gone extinct due to enviromental changes?
I take the Puerto Rican Parrot as an example. This bird lives only in Puerto Rico and has been all but eliminated save the efforts of man by a natural phenomenon known as hurricanes.
This debate about evolution is based soley on one's belief's, much is the same for creationism. There are very few if any facts to back up either theory. They are both theories that fluctuate based on a person's opinion of how we got here. The real question should not be how we got here, but what are we doing now and where will we be tomorrow.
Is it not possible that these other types of beings were in fact just a species that for whatever reason ceased to exsist?
We will never know the truth because there will never be enough evidence. Bones are great, but all they prove is that at some point that was a living thing. Tools are great, but all they show us is that these beings were imaginative enough to use things to accomplish what they wanted. Not unlike todays monkeys and some birds.
To this day I have not seen anything that convinces me that we climbed out of a primordial soup of bacteria to become slugs, then turned into fish, then became reptiles and somehow for some reason switched over to become apes all the while leaving behind slugs, fish, reptiles which there are still many who did what, decided to stay what they were?
It makes no sense to me. I would rather accept that there has been a very diverse group of living creatures on this planet for a long time and that we as humans were "born" into thought a couple thousand years ago by God.
Why couldn't we have been alive and surviving before this time and only came to have understanding after God gave us the ability to think, learn and reason? I believe that God gave us the bible as a guidebook and gave us only the information we needed to become good humans and to worship him, I don't believe He felt it neccessary to expose every detail of the world before we arrived. Could you imagine the confusion of that information? We are desperate to know why we are here so we probe and prode looking for an answer, an answer I believe we will not ever find while we are here and alive. Do we really need to know? If you are a parent do you tell your children every detail of what your life was before they came to be? Would it not take a literal lifetime to tell them every single detail of what you had done? And to what end? Isn't it our job to impart only the neccessary knowledge our children will need to survive and become good adults?
If God is our Father, then would He bore us with every detail of a million years? We would die before we got to the 6th chapter. Or does it not make better sense that he would just tell us what we need to know to become good people?

Creationist Henry Morris tried to say there is evidence that humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time at Paluxy in Texas. Some locals confessed to carving human tracks with existing dinosaur tracks. It appears that Morris covered parts of other tracks to make trhem appear more human. Judging by this past fakery, I'd wait until objective scientists evaluated any such discoveries before I formed a firm opinion. with all of the other evidence against humans and dinosaurs livung at the same time, one fossil to the contrary would certainly be quite suspicious.

Well, If something as unlikely as what you have described were to actually happen, then that would be strong evidence that the current evolutionary time-line is way off the mark.
But, you see, this would not prove the notion of special creation. In fact, if a space-age object were shown to actually be 65 million years old, it would indicate the possibility of time-travel far more strongly than it would indicate the possibility of a deity.

Those are serious questions and would either lead to a drastic overhauling of the evolutionary theory or the disbanding of it altogether. That's what makes evolution a scientific theory, it can be disproved with certain discoveries. This is also what makes Creationism NOT a scientific theory, it cannot be disproved as it makes no testable claims.

When it did happen in Glenrose, Texas the scientific community did not come to explore it as a find, they laughed it off as stupid.
Then people tried to destroy the evidence.
The discoverer had to hide it and keep the location secret.
He has published his findings, but always been rejected off-handedly. Why? Because it does not fit with 'accepted' science.

I've seen reports of human and dinosaur evidence within the same layers and other reports that such evidence doesn't exist. Either way doesn't make a hill of bones difference in my daily walk.

I don't think that is possible. It has been proven by many devices and findings that humans came after dinosaurs. I'm a Christian btw. There is nothing wrong with believing in evolution, it doesn't disprove God actually it makes me appreciate his intelligence more.

It would depend on the nature of the find really. If it were found in limestone, it wouldn't mean much, since limestone can encase an artifact extremely quickly.
