John 7:1-10. Jesus' brothers said he should go to Jerusalem and show his miracles there, and he said he was not going, it wasn't the right time, but as soon as they were gone, he went right to Jerusalem. Why didn't he just tell them the truth, that he was going?

Here's my opinion about the people of the world. What do you guys think of going back to our countries, have a population control and people who want to be mixed or the people who are mixed should go move to north america since the Native Americans are extinct. We should seperate races from all over the world, maybe this could stop racism and extinction of the animal kingdom and all that stuff and destroy bombs but leave guns and bullets and all that. This may be a stupid question but what do you guys think? Your opinion about the World then me.

Mine seems like it is pretty unusual, but I know that God has methods of bringing His sheep to Him in a myriad of beautiful ways. I'd love to hear what the circumstances and experiences of your conversion experience!

I'd especially like to hear from adult converts, like myself. I mean *no* offense to those of you who were saved as children-- that is a *very* blessed thing to have, in a manner of speaking, never *not* known the Lord, and I'd like to hear your stories, too. :)

If You tell someone you were going to get to their house at a specific time (i.e 1:00) and leave at the time you were supposed to be there (i.e 1:00) would they be angry?

Now, I know that "little people" have a very hard time in society and everything is extremely hard for them. Yet, you still try to treat them normally like any other person. You wouldn't make fun of their height to their face.

But on my hand, i am short and people always rag on me about that all the time.

Why is it acceptable to do that to me and not a "little person"? I still have feelings also and I still can't do things that other people can do. I am still looked away by the other gender because of this.

this topic obviously brings up alot of questions. Please only if you sincerely believe youve reached this state, answer. How do you feel once youve reached this (its also referred to as oneness, true self, samadhi) this is not just "finding Jesus" in a religious sense. I mean what we all seek when we meditate, seek spiritial growth, make the journey inward to higher consciousness. ( Sorry if Ive lost any of you, this is only for those who really are familiar). I want to know once you reach this state, what do you do with yourself. Text keeps on mentioning the cessation of the ego and duality (our instinct to believe that we are seperate from God and must fight to acccomplish our works with only human power) will all go away and we will have a peace that is not dependent on outer circumstances, because we will be looking at life through this whole new perspective. So does everything else just fall into place? Unlimited resources to do everlasting good? Do we act like God?

Will a long neglected child in Miami finally get the nurturing attention she so desperately needs?

What do you think of the concept of cause and effect in regard to paying it forward.

If you give the clerk in your supermarket a hard time will she go home and kick her dog or call her overly-sensitive eight-year old daughter stupid, possibly spiraling that child into a lifetime of low self-esteem, abuse and addiction?

I feel like my body has gotten totally out of shape,
so I got my doctor's permission to
join a fitness club and start exercising.
I decided to take an aerobics class for seniors.
I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour. But,
by the time I got my leotards on,
the class was over.

This is how I feel about working out on many days!

I have a friend. He has braces, and I watched him eat an apple. It was digusting. He was sucking on it and licking it. Total makeout session.So gross... and a bit funny. How do I make him quit? We get to eat apples in class and it's a distraction. Could you guys please help?

I've sure gotten old!
I've had two bypass surgeries, a hip replacement,
new knees, fought prostate cancer and diabetes
I'm half blind,
can't hear anything quieter than a jet engine,
take 40 different medications that
make me dizzy, winded, and subject to blackouts.
Have bouts with dementia.
Have poor circulation;
hardly feel my hands and feet anymore.
Can't remember if I'm 85 or 92.
Have lost all my friends. But, thank God,
I still have my driver's license.
