Of course.

One of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met was a Satanist.

I believe there are nice, compassionate, giving, caring, etc. people in all religions. But I don't believe that any human is truly good. I believe we are all born with a nature to do wrong, but a lot of people either cover that part up, or are better and bringing out the good qualities. Every person has had an evil thought at some point.... probably every single day.

If you mean good by human standards then I would say that there probably are good people in most every religion although I don't know that would be true for people who worship Satan.

The thing is, the Bible clearly teaches that just being a good person isn't a ticket to Heaven. Everyone has broken God's laws at least once in their life and so everyone deserves to be punished for that. A human judge can't let a law breaker off the hook just because of all of the times that they didn't break the law and God says that the penalty for breaking his laws is eternal death.

That's why Jesus had to come down from Heaven and pay our sin debt for us since He was the only one who could live a life without breaking even one of God's laws.

Yes. I've seen examples of both good and bad people in every religion I've encountered... although I must say that so far the Buddhists are winning in terms of which religion seems to have the least obnoxious idiots per capita.

Yes, most people are good wherever you go.

I doubt very much that there is a religion somewhere in the world where every single member is evil. Even devil-worshippers are usually misguided or messed up.

Yes, I do believe there are some good people in each religion. Just because there are a few followers who bring shame to their faith doesn't mean all are evil or bad.

Yes I honestly do believe that there are good as well as bad people in every religion as well as in every non religion. A person's religious or non religious label doesn't define them as a person but a person's character defines them as a person. All labels do is keep people apart from one another and makes it harder to love one another which was Christ's main commandments if I'm not mistaken.

I believe there is good people in every religion and also those who are not religious. Even atheists have very good people. Only difference some are saved forgiven sinners but the others sinners

Yes there are good people in all religions, but not in cults. Many of these people cannot see that their religion is false.

Yes,of course. As to why they are good,I would imagine the motives for kindness, etc. are more a matter of personality than anything, but values also play a role and most religions do have or teach fairly healthy values.
