It has been said that for every action there is an equal and oppostie reaction. It is one of the fundamental laws of physics. A lot of people take it beyond science.

What would be the possible death toll? Would it be 60? 800? 1200? A figure higher or lower?

What I mean is the following question: If someone is declared to be nonexistent or as good as dead in a makeshift way, how many "significant" people might accidentally be killed for real in exchange?

Because we have lost our independence, wouldn't that be against what god wanted? Before you answer, Why did we want our independence again.....I forgot. It had something to do with being taxed to death and dictated over didn't it. Well I think we are back to square one. Yea this question most likely belongs somewhere else, but no one hangs out over there. so thanks for your thoughts.

When we see and know the moon controls the sea tides, womens menstrural cycles, and the zodiac sign of cancers ever changing moods.

Why don"t we accept this as proof when evidence is there, and why don"t we see effects of other planets on people, and question why?

For instance, when a layman hears the word "theory" they think of a guess or an assumption or something like that. But to a scientist, a theory is extremely important. Theories form from doing research on a given subject over and over again. Scientists don't just sit in a room and say "I think this is true. Let's call it a theory!" Do you think anti-evolutionists are confusing the words "theory" and "hypothesis"?

How seriously should we take that statement? Is it wrong to kill for any reason at all? I am joining the Marines soon and I'm willing to take a life to save a friend or take the life of any enemy trying to take mine. Is this wrong? Will god forgive me for my sins if i am to do such a thing? Or to even think of doing it?

I am really in need of translating the phrases
"Avoid worry if past occurrences cannot be changed”
and
“The life I covet shall be fulfilled”
into Latin as I am going to get them tattooed onto my back in less then 2 weeks! and I really want to be sure that I've got it right! What I've put together is
" Parco fatigo si preteritus res cannot exsisto changed"
and
“vita EGO inhio vadum exsisto presto”
but please correct me if they are wrong!
I would really appreciate it!
Thanks a million!

...all of our many religions and beliefs, and just get along?

There are wider problems in this world than religion (or lack thereof).

Poverty is perhaps the biggest one. Did you know that there are more Americans living in poverty than in some third world countries?

This is partly due to population differences, but nevertheless it shows that poverty exists in rich countries as well as poor. It's just easier to ignore in a rich country. It's relatively unknown that there are hundreds of thousands of British children who do not have a 'full' school uniform, or even more than one pair of shoes.

I already have the 17th of October booked in my diary. It's the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. I will be taking part in charity events on that day. I recommend you do the same.

So please... set aside your quarrels and recognise that there are people the world over who need our help. Not just in 'darkest Africa'.

Can I have thoughts and comments?
