Only one - if this were really true, then I think making remarks of this sort would be highly inadvisable. If he is as unmerciful as you suggest, one might have much to be nervous about on judgement day, having made such a statement.
Fortunately, he really isn't a capricious God.

Everything I know points in the opposite direction. God is all knowing, merciful and never cruel. If He was any of the above, then why would He so love the world, that He sent His only begotten Son into the world, that whosoever believeth on Him should have ever lasting life.? He came not into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Well I don't agree. It seems to be the Almighty, he would have to be something more than ignorant, even if the other 2 comments were true.
