When we see and know the moon controls the sea tides, womens menstrural cycles, and the zodiac sign of cancers ever changing moods.

Why don"t we accept this as proof when evidence is there, and why don"t we see effects of other planets on people, and question why?

Well I know it is. There is proof there, and the traits in me are natural. The moon is a female sign, and controls en=motions, even in me. We can see it, and know its control of the tides and mensturl cycle. Other planets have their effect too but we cant see then, apart from the sun, which is a star.

To me it makes more sense than the religious things, and we have some proof there, not all but some to be investigated.

I do accept it... I've studied it, I've had a true master of the art calculate my charts... and it was extremely accurate.

We also had alchemy, where they used some real chemistry and a lot of nonsense. That doesn't mean, because some chemical effects are real, that the whole of alchemy is real.

The equivalent of that for Astrology is Astronomy. That is the real part of Astrology.

Every attempt to test the relationship to reality of astrology, such as letting professional astrologers, on a voluntary basis, place various people by their characteristics into the proper sign have failed utterly. The two I have seen myself were complete failures. NOT ONE RIGHT!

This is after a long interview with each person lacking only references to when they were born.

They were unable, with access to all their characteristics, to place them within the proper sign.

They had a 1 in 12 chance of getting ONE of them right, and failed even that.

Seems that no one, even for 10,000 dollars reward (still offered) has ever shown that Astrology has any real veracity or reality save what Astronomy already knows.

Yes, I've studied Astrology, in depth. Want a fun note: Ever wonder why Aquarius wasn't a water sign?

That's ether in her jug, not water. Won't get that from the astrology column.

The moon controls menstrual cycles? No dear, that is hormones. If that were true, the stores wouldn't be able to stock enough "feminine" products during the full moon.

Further, it isn't the moon that controls tides, it is gravity.

None of this is proof that if Venus is rising in the 7th house I will have bad luck.

Because what you have listed is proof of physics and biology at work, not astrology.

We have evidence that the planets are influenced by each other. Non that "we" are influenced by planets.
