The End Times have been escalating, thanks to The Bilderberg Group, the U.N., press, multinational corporations and national leaders. The U.S. Government is promoting the One World Order. Bush has announced a mandatory ID card will be issued beginning March, 2008. Microchips will be implanted in human beings, products, businesses, etc. to keep track of us and what we purchase. It will control our purchasing rights and monitor our movements.
Christians are warned about accepting this 'mark of the beast' as predicted in The Revelation. Are we to accept it for survival and if so, would it align us with the anti-Christ? Would it threaten our entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven? Please give me your wisdom and concerns about the coming events based on fact and it's relationship to Christian spirituality. I hope this will not be used for verbal abuse or character assassination. Your thoughts?

I've heard that a butterfly in the house is good luck, but a butterfly at night means impending death. So what does it mean if there is a butterfly in the house at night?

Today in my study, this shows why I like the message version of the Bible ON BIBLEGATEWAY.COM. It includes surrounding verses so I can better understand the extrapolated verse. It says the following & it helps me remember that we often need to look into God's mirror as " our acne never really goes completely away" :) Hope you get the idea here and please share your experiences too, I love that.
5-9So don't lose a minute in building on what you've been given, complementing your basic faith with good character, spiritual understanding, alert discipline, passionate patience, reverent wonder, warm friendliness, and generous love, each dimension fitting into and developing the others. With these qualities active and growing in your lives, no grass will grow under your feet, no day will pass without its reward as you mature in your experience of our Master Jesus. Without these qualities you can't see what's right before you, oblivious that your old sinful life has been wiped off the books

I usually cringe seeing the first tinseley bling and jingle on television ads from the middle of October onwards. I don't hate Christmas Day, I just despise the commercial band-wagon that infiltrates the tradition. Does anyone else feel like this? The stress of shopping among other stressed shoppers (who don't want to be there anyway), the high street charity-guy/beggar surge, thinking you have more cash to divulge their way, the endless campaign of fashionable must-have items, the persistent stupidity of a drunken idiot? Is it not too much too soon?

This time I am more worried.Read the following exchange between me and She who must be obeyed.
Me: "Have you seen my mobile phone, I've looked everywhere"?
She. "What 's that in your hand",
Me " Oh, how did that get there?"
She. " Maybe you had something to do with it".
Me. " I wish you wouldn't keep moving my things about."
She " You're going Gaga mate".

Question is She right?

I am an ex-Atheist since 1983. Would an atheist consider me an apostate even though I apostatized from a non-religion?
