"Rag Doll", by the Four Seasons. I had a very poor, but VERY pretty little girlfriend when I was 11. And THAT song just seemed to be MADE FOR HER- at the time. -There are SOME things that one just NEVER forgets... :)

A song from Gone With the Wind...The lyrics song was MY OWN TRUE LOVE, TARA'S THEME (the title theme for the movie). It took years for the sadness to stop when I'd hear that song. It's playing now from the Gone With the Wind website. We were together from 12/62 through 9/65. And the movie GUNS OF NAVARONE was the movie playing on our first date.
Thank you for bringing back some wonderful memories. I'm 60 now and there's still a spot in my heart for Barbara.

Walkin After Midnight by Patsy Cline
and it is just fine to be in a go for the guys mood
go for the gusto..life without a man is good..life with men in it ( for what ever the reason friend, mate, neighbor or even foe is even more exciting)

"Round Midnight' - by Julie Christie. I was SO in love! When I hear that song today I still get goosebumps,
Another was "In the Still of the Night' - shoo doop dee doo,...etc etc. LOL
and Johnny Mathis' - The Twelfth of Never
BTW - how come kids today don't slow dance? Is it because slow dancing was 'on the road' to bigger things and today's kids try the bigger things first? ;-)

"There Goes My Baby" by Benny King and the Drifters...Lord I had it bad over that girl...best thing that ever happened to me was her marrying someone else! The minute she got married, she threw away her diet book and exploded! Last report I got about her, about 1 1/2 years ago, she was still eating enough to support a decent sized 3rd world nation.
