We don't chose our genetic makeup, our parents/family, our starting socieconomic status, or the kind of society we are born into. With all of these very important factors being totally out of our control, how much freedom is really left for us to have? Even our personalities and decision making processes are the results of the aformentioned factors and social conditioning. It seems to me that we only percieve that we have free will because we don't have the time or brain power to really understand how all the deterministic factors interact. Free will is our mental shortcut.

But I know there are many many people who do believe in free will, that the ultimate decision of who we are and what we do lies solely within us. So I ask them, how can you reconcile the concept of free will with the very important life factors that are out of our control?

I woke up in bed in Norway to find a large entity sitting on my chest and arms. it was sort of transparent but looked like a large troll type creature and had a number of much smaller accomplishes which seemed to be laughing looking in from outside. I struggled with the thing from 0237 till 0438 when I finally got an arm loose. I know this because I could see my bedside clock. It then legged it and I searched the house to no avail. I was physically drained for two days afterwards (no I had not be on the hjembrand(moonshine)that night).

I have had one more experience of a similiar creature in North Wales but knowing now how to deal with it I managed to get it off me in 20 minutes.

Are you supposed to be friendly and talkative or polite and formal? I've only had one boss and she was super friendly and open, but I know the other ones at my work were more difficult to read. Like they don't want to seem satisfied because they don't want you to become complacent?

I know they're not there to "be your friend" but are you always supposed to fear them or avoid getting into deep conversations unless they ask or even if they ask?

I don't want my next managers to think that I'm unfriendly but also I don't want to annoy them with trivial things.

He didn't say a thing about sacrifice for sin at the Sermon on the Mount, and he didn't say anything about sacrifice for sin when he returned to the apostles after the Crucifixion.

In fact, just prior to the Crucifixion he inferred in Luke 23:31 that the tree was about to dry up! Does that sound like good news for mankind to you?

So, did Jesus Christ know about the "Gospel of Jesus Christ" that Paul would later preach in his name?

Why do people like U keep on getting in my way of what I'm trying to achieve for myself,like having a pretty girlfriend,to have normal hobbies,to see the negative more positively. Well, what if do want to be able to get the things that I want for myself. Or U must have a much more benign attitude towards the human condition than I and a lot of other people. It's actually people like U who keep me from living the life that I want. That I have to be isolated from others and settle for a lot less.why can't U just let me be,because no matter how much U try to slice and dice it,being a disabled person is by far the hardest thing for someone to go though. i have a right to live a normal,more fullfiling life. And I don't wanted to be limited in anyway at all.can U at least try to see where I'm coming from?
