Why when this is the most negative plain and we are in our most imperfect form would He judge us so harshly? And why do some have so much more time on Earth to get it right?

We have satan without and the flesh within that continuely war against us to keep us from going on and growing in the Lord. The besetting sins.. the temper... the lust and pride are just some of the daily things we are faced with. As believers, what sort of means did the Lord give us to deal with this matter of the Flesh in us. We see that the flesh lusts and wars against the spirit within us. We are made up of three parts.. body... soul.. and spirit...( 1 Thess 5:23)
The flesh is the fallen body
The Self is the fallen soul
And our spirit is that part of us where God inhabits and dwells.
So this war that wages between the flesh and spirit has its middle ground in the soul of man.. mainly the mind which chooses to be set on the flesh or spirit each day ( Rom 8:6) How, as a believer do you stand with the Lord in your spirit to subdue the flesh.

This is kind of a long story but I will try to sum it up in a nutshell: I invited select people on my step-dad's side of the family. The reason I had to be select is because most of his family is very rude, and downright mean at times, which is completely opposite of my mom's side of the family. Anyway, I invited my step aunt and her children, but I did not invite her on again off again husband for many reasons. He is the definition of a scumbag. He says rude & crude things and has NO manners what so ever. The last time I saw him, he told me to ask my mom if he could "suck her pu**y." He was always crude to my mom and makes me feel very uncomfortable. Howver, I just heard that he might be coming to the wedding. I haven't received the RSVP yet, but when I do, what should I do if she RSVP's that he is coming? I know my fiance won't allow it either because he knows even more than I can type. Please help!

Someone I know was very excited to tell me yesterday that the world is definitely going to end on December 12, 2012 because all of the planets and the milky way are going to be in alignment withthe sun and that a number of catastrophic events are going to occur.. Okay I know i'm no astronomer or scientist I'm just a human here on this beautiful planet but i'm pretty sure that this has happened before.. right? The planets aligned and the poles changed and that was nearly 3,600 years ago and we're still here.. I'm just wondering, does anyone believe this junk? Supposedly there are thousands of scientists and NASA researchers that are supporting the idea but I want to know where the non-supporters are, like the supporters of our planet?

Here's mine: Early 1950's: I got my parents to send off for this decoder kit. You put this plastic sheet over the TV screen and used their marker to trace over parts of letters. Each week you added to the letter parts until the secret message was revealed. I enjoyed the process, but I must have been disappointed in the message as this is the first and last thing I ever ordered from TV.

I think that LDS members and critics alike can join hands at this time in bereavement for the passing of one true class-act leader of the LDS Church. President Faust rarely had a negative thing to say about anyone and was truly an example of Christian service and love to all, no matter what your belief.

I truly believe he will be missed by all, both inside and outside of the LDS Church.

I'm new to the world of MP3 players and podcasts since I gave my daughter an MP3 player for her birthday. I heard about a website for the "Podcast Awards" and decided to check it out. I followed one of the links for one of the "People's Choice" candidates, a comedy podcast called "Keith and the Girl".

The animated sample podcast was an absolutely disgusting skit mocking and ridiculing kids with mental disabilities at some imaginary benefit for a home. I stopped watching after about a minute and my blood is still boiling.

These kind of lowlifes make me absolutely sick. I guess if you can't be funny you just have to be idiotically insensitive and crude.

Oh how clever of them to push the boundaries of bad taste. Way to cater the worst in people. For every person out there who tries to set a positive example for the young and impressionable there's idiot parasites like this exploiting and promoting the worst in them.

Do the Chinese have some strange disease or something.

Some places you hear birds singing,
and some places you hear crickets chirping.
In China you hear people honking snot balls....on the bus, on the airplane, on the streets and anywhere else that is public.

Chinese people outside of China don't spit everywhere and feel the need to honk snot balls, so what is it about the Chinese people in China.

Do they have some weird condition or something?

I'm not trying to be insulting, but I'm really curious? Why do they like to spit everywhere.

wouldn't talk to me so much and come visit me because he works offshore. I know because he gave me his password to check his stocks which is the same as his e-maill password. I checked his e-mail. I know that is wrong, but I found out he had been sending love letters and getting love letters from other girls. He doesn't know I did this. I love him and I'm so hurt because we have been together so long. We got in an argument and I accused him of cheating but I didn't tell him I read his mail. He denied it and said I'll never find a "good man" like him again and that he doen't need me. I love him so much it hurts. Should I leave him and hope I meet someone better someday. and this man about 75 or 80 pulls out infront of me.Well i was polite i did not blow the horn or anything i just slammed on brakes.When we got to the red light he prcoceeds to get ou of his car with his CANE stands there beside the care and just starts cursing me out when he got done he got back in his care and gassed it.I could not do or say anything for laughing I think that this man thought i was crazy for laughing at him .Anyway has anything like this ever happen to you?
