I've heard many,many articles and reports that say that princess diana indeed had some armenian ancestry in her blood. It has been said its because of her great,great,great grandfather marrying an armenian from india.

After looking at the family trees for both Diana's father, Sir Edward John Spencer, as well as her mother, Frances Shand Kydd, I didn't find any Armenian ancestors. Among Lady Diana's ancestors on her dad's side are her 4th great grandfather, Sir Charles Grey, the namesake for Earl Grey tea, and Sir Thomas More, her 15th great grandfather.
Lady Diana's maternal grandmother, Ruth Sylvia Gill (1908-1993), born in Dalhebity, Bieldside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, is a Scot, as are all of her ancestors. Diana's paternal grandfather, Edward Maurice Roche (1885-1955), born in Chelsea, England, is the son of an American woman, Frances Eleanor Work (1857-1947), who was born and died in New York City. Among Diana's distant American "relatives" are Presidents G. W. Bush, Teddy Roosevelt, Richard Nixon, and Andrew Johnson as well as authors Ralph Waldo Emerson and O Henry (William Sidney Porter) and movie stars Shirley Temple and Katherine Hepburn. So no wonder Diana declared her independence!

Even if,going back through the ages,it was found that the late Princess Diana did have Armenian blood,it would not make her Armenian.She was British and to be more specific,English

Princess Diana didn't have Armenian blood in her veins. Her Great-great-great grandfather in fact married a Tibetan Yak who was living in northern India.
