Do american women only want equality only when it benefits them?
I have heard many women say its unfair that men can sleep around with alot of women and be players whereas vice versa a woman is a whore. Yet very few of them ask why society usually expects men to ask a woman out and pay for the entire date. They also dont question why men usually buy the drink for the women at a dance and not the other way around. They woudl say this is tradition but then wont admit that women not being expected to sleep around with men is also a tradition.

I can't believe I'm asking such a dumb question on here.. but to put it into context for you:
I get very few weekends off throughout the year (one or two a month, if I'm lucky), I work 12 hour swing shifts and keep two residences.. one near home (with my dog, girlfriend, friends, etc) and one near my job 2-3 hours away.
On my last weekend off for the next two months (and my birthday weekend) my girlfriend wants to take me for half the weekend to see her family... fine. I said sure, didn't make a fuss about it.
A few days later I asked if I could be back by a certain time (5pm) Saturday night so we could try and get together with my friends. She didn't think my plans were solid enough and said that if I didn't make more solid plans she sees no reason to "rush" back home (her parents live a few hours away)... and I said I should be allowed to do what I want on my birthday, if it involves poorly made plans than so be it-she disagrees.

I watched the show satan, the truth or a hoaz on ABC at 10:00pm on thursday. It tells people about the orgin of satan, people experiencing hell. I'm a 17 year old witch,I'm just trying to keep and open mind and hopefully use this research to promoste religious tolerance. I know that Satanism is a Pagan religion, but Pagans are NOT Satanic. But ever since then I wanted to start my research without reading a bible or any religious scripture. I also found that the people believed to be possesed by the Devil are actors, people who want attention. I want to know where Satan came from, how did christians kno that he is evil. How did lucifer, the italian sun god, had a connection with him. i also researched that Early christians believed in reincarnation and worshipped a Goddess like pagans. It also said that Jesus spent three consecutive days in the purgatory. I want to find information to prove to others that Satan is BS, there is no reason to fear him.
Do you have any ideas on his exist?

If you dont know that nature is horrible, then turn on the TV and watch any nature special involving big predators, like crocs or the big cats.
Watch the beautiful gazelle get its throat ripped out by a massive Lion. Watch a swan get crunched by an ugly croc with nefarious all-seeing eyes.
Heck, It wasnt that long ago that humans made a reliable meal for the Saber-tooth tiger, or even modern tiger. Even with guns, humans in India get swallowed-up by tigers stalking them from behind, which is why they wear masks backwards to make the tiger think their backs arent their backs (Tigers dont fight fair).

I have been told by Christians, that they would be saddenned by the end to death! Is this sickness in all Christians? What if science could eventually bring the dead back to healthy life? Would this not bring joy to the rest of us? What is up with this death worship? Is that what being a Christian is all about? No wonder there are suicides and killings in this life! JW's, Unitarians, Christadelphians, and other antichrist cult disciples love to "challenge" real Christians to either prove the Trinity or deny it. I'm wondering when they'll ask us to do something difficult. How can one deny something that is as plain as the nose on their face? The Word if FULL of the Trinity. Father, Son and Holy Spirit, one God in three persons, equal in power and glory. And why do they get angry when ample Scriptureproof is provided?
The commission of Christ to make disciples of people of every nation, baptizing them in THE NAME of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit is an absolutely blatant reference to the triune God. And this is but the tip of the "iceberg". There is an entire mountain of evidence showing that God cannot be anything other than a triad.
From a purely logical standpoint, if God is love, whom did God love before he created the angels and men? Love must be reciprocated. A monad cannot reciprocate love -- only two or more can.

I used to have a bed that I knew did not like me and would try to throw me out of it. At first I thought I was imagining it, then after some time it actually got so bad I could not sleep in it. It liked my husband and he never was troubled by it. This was not very pleasant and we threw it out. Why was my bed like that if it is inanimate? One time my sister laid in it and she actually felt it push her away.
