some suggest that God created the heaven and the earth and all the stuff on the earth including us. Now i don't want an argument as to whether he actually did, save that for later, i just want to know what you think he could have done better that might have made the planet better or more interesting?

If anyone is in Hell, if anyone has suffered...then yes..((assuming God is all-powerful and doesn't want us to suffer))

To directly answer your question, Earth was perfect when god created it. And then along came man, with gifts from god including WILL. The planet was the Ultimate Theme Park, and ruined by man(kind). Life, and our planet today, would be very different, and very wonderful. A gift given in generosity and love, and perverted by mankind.

Actually, I think he went a little overboard. Why have a couple million different animal species? And plants as well. I think he could have made do with 1/2 that number at least for a running self contained Eco system. What? He started making animals and got so into it he couldn't stop? Just wondering.

A better job? Can we speak an entire universe, planets, mankind, angels etc into existence? No, of course we cannot. So God is above and beyond us, and our ways. His ways don't always seem like something we would choose (and I'm thankful for that). God knows all of the future. And only he knows it. So he has a divine will for everything. Even if we don't understand it, or it seems odd, its for a reason. We cannot see the future, so the things we would like to see happen, are usually extremely selfish, and spontaneous.

What I think is cool, is the fact that space itself.. never begins and never ends. People clearly understand this, but they refuse the truth of an all powerful Living God, that was never born, and never dies. He is the only being that is self-existent.

"For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see His invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God."
(Romans 1:20)

With love through Christ Jesus,

Very good question... turn to a biologist or other scientist... they'll role out a HUGE list for you.

For starters... why make cell division a destructive process? Do you guys realize that every time a cell divides, the DNA that is copied is shortened? Eventually valuable information gets removed from the DNA - hence the degradation of our bodies... this is why low metabolisms lead to longer lives

You could go on forever with this

I've often wanted to ask God about our knees. People seem to have a lot of problems with them, me included. I'm sure there was a reason we were created this way, but the knees sometimes feel a little inadequate. (No offense God).

I think he did well with the materials he had - could of been better, could have been worse, I'm not complaining...

To be fair, he must have done a good job - how many people can you think of who worked for only a week but still get talked about billions of years later?

God did the very best that He could, given his inexperience. We should cut Him a little slack, since our universe was His very first attempt at creation. Creation has a HUGE learning curve and requires lots of fine-tuning.

Many like to encourage God by saying, "Well, His *next* creation will be better."

Or maybe he could have originally created heaven instead of making earth first...

Since we made god, we could have made a better job of him, yes.

Believe it or not. I wish everybody a nice surprise today!
