If you did something you knew to be wrong at the time, is there any way to shield yourself from the bad karma that is coming your way? Will acknowledging that it was wrong, lessen the impact at all? Or have you just got to sit back & accept that you've really got it coming your way?

This question is for anyone of any faith.
(As all my questions are.)
Blessings & good wishes.

I want examples of the one most profound yet short, understandable and eloquent sayings. Relevant to you.

I am after the great one liners, not paragraphs or pages.

The parable of the wheat and the tares (Matt 13: 24-30, 36-43), the turn the other cheek passage (Matt 5:38-48), the lilies of the valley passage (Matt 6: 24-34), and the "Judge not" command (Matt 7:1-5) make clear Jesus taught a non-interventionist faith: focus on your own soul and judge not the souls of others.

So why are so many christians unaware of this?

Here are some verse I found that might help your question:

They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work. Titus 1:16

For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.1 John 5:3

Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.1 John 2:3-5

“For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law. For not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified;” (Romans 2:12-13)

There are products that have ties to racism, such as Maxwell House coffee and the KKK. But have there been actual product, packaging and all that put out a racist message (maybe items from the slavery days or from WWII Germany)?

Please give the valid reasons.

N.B : Iam not comparing the gods. Iam a devotee to both gods.
Iam curious that's all.

What Bible version do you use? Do you cross-reference? Do you use downloadable materials? Have you gone new-age and started using E-Sword or downloadable Christian games? (if you have, tell me which games!)

What about with your family? Do you study with them? If so (or even if not) how do they prefer to study the Bible? What versions do they use?

Tell me as much or as little as you like about your relationship with the Bible :o)

I am a Christian and I am very interested in the evolutionist point of view. I am going to write a report on the evolution vs. creationism debate from an impartial point of view, and I was wondering if you guys believe that evolution proves that God does not exist. Would you please give a reason why or why not evolution proves the non-existence of God?

Obviously not. But cant we try? Just start by reporting all questions and answers which are clearly insulting, insensitive, vulgar and meant as a joke.
I dont really think ignorance of other religions is bad. But sweeping statements and blanket judgement calls are definitely uncalled for.
So what are the odds? If we all started reporting hate-inducing comments would we acheive something? Or are we all too blinded by our own prejudice and hate to make a constructive difference?

I see people say all the time, he/she thinks that they are better than everyone else. Or they think that they are so hot. I have people say that people have a superiority complex. So why does any ot that bother people? If someone thinks that they are better looking than everyone in the world, why would that be a problem for anyone. Unless they insult or touch you. If they think they are the smartest, richest, most successful, why would any of that matter.
