What do Germans have to be proud of?

The "current" scale of the known or observable universe is about 14 billion light years. How does the creation myth account for what are likely billions of life sustaining worlds with their own unique biological histories..?

Number of superclusters in the visible universe = 10 million
Number of galaxy groups in the visible universe = 25 billion
Number of large galaxies in the visible universe = 350 billion
Number of dwarf galaxies in the visible universe = 3.5 trillion
Number of stars in the visible universe = 30 billion trillion

If creationists have all the answers, what are the answers for all the worlds in the rest of the universe?
If man is made in gods image, must all sentient life be therefore human?
What of more advanced civilisations who would consider the creation myth extremely narrow minded with it's Earth centered and anthropocentric dogmas?

Or do they just deny these figures, attempt to shut them down, or claim that the creation myth is universal?

Those who say the Catholic Church is not biblical.. .

Where exactly did you get this information? Pastor? Sunday School? Website?

What makes your source credible?
An if you say the Bible that means you are opening it to interpretation so why is your interpretation correct and not the Catholic interpretation since the time of Jesus?

Finally, do you have any personal experience with Catholic Worship?

It is a breaking of the ten commandments and killing is a sin.
If killing is a sin why do some churches say it is okay to go to war? Even saying "that is a brave thing to do?"
Say a murderer died would he be resurrected?
John 5:28 says the good and the bad. But even that has limitations as to how bad? How bad can we be and get forgiveness?

In the passover story it says God punished Pharaoh for not doing what himself made impossible for Pharaoh to do. In Exodus 11:10 it states that God "hardened Pharaoh's heart and he did not let the people of Israel go out of his land. Then in Exodus 12:29 it has God killing the first-born of everyone and everything throughout the land of Egypt at midnight. That sounds like many innocent people were KILLED, is this the kind of Creator you wish to believe in?

I'm 18 and I'm mormon but I want to quit going to church, the only reason I'm going is because my mom wants me to. Whenever I tell her don't wanna do something church related she'll start putting me on a guilt trip and everything. I have a very unique view of the world, but it would be nice to have someone to share it with. I'm a total non-conformist and an ultra liberal. The US paints this illusion of freedom when really we are ruled by an evil dictator called society. Lets all free our minds and smoke pot ;)

There is much division among Christians today about who's name are we to baptize in.Acts 2:38 tells us to repent and be Baptized in The Name of Jesus.In Matthew 28:19 Jesus tells us to Baptize in the Name of The Father,Son,and Holy Ghost.
We can see that in Acts 19:1-7 that there was a group of men who had received Johns Baptism but not the Baptism of Jesus.When they were babtized in the Name of Jesus they received the gift that is promised by Peter in Acts 2:38c.They received the Holy Ghost and spake with tongues.

Could it be that water baptism should be done in the name of The Father,Son,and Holy Ghost?
And the baptism of the Holy Ghost should be done in the name of Jesus?

of Jesus Christ but I am fully convinced there will not be this rapture in the way everybody thinks there is going to be. I believe Tim Lahaye and Hal LIndsey have it wrong. Oh I was once a big follower of Dispensationalism. I had the whole 7 years tribulation all mapped out. I was really educated on that stuff. I was pretty arrogant in my view. Now I just see that I was foolish and blind to the real truth. I am now slowly learning all over again. If you don't know what Dispensationalism is don't be alarmed up intill 3 years ago I didn't know what it meant either. The first time I heard somebody said he was a Bible believing Christian and didn't believe in the Rapture and that we were not living in the end times...I GOT FIGHTING MAD. So I studied and I agree that person was correct. Who else is with me on this?

Yes I know I opened an ugly can of worms.

In the following ariticle about Paris Hilton, I wonder "she not serve ...." is gramartically wrong, and it should be " she did not serve ..." or "she would not serve ...." Please teach me. Thanks

Which countries are accepting of black Americans? I dont want to go to one expecting a nice vacation & face open racism in every city and/or be robbed becaues they assume I'm a rich American. I know some US cities have open racism. But I know where they are & avoid them.
I want to visit other countries to learn how people live & see different parts of this planet. I'm not the type of black woman depicted in the media or a rude, spoiled American. So, I don't want to be treated that way without being given a chance to disprove the bad stereotypes about blacks. I've heard that some areas of the world only know about black women through the media and view them as sex objects to the extent that they will touch a black woman inappropriately if they meet one. Or are afraid a black person will shoot or rob them.
Comments that insult me or do not inform me about what I asked will be reported. I'd prefer answers from anyone who has been to or lives in a city outside the US.Thanks! :)
