Premarital sex is a sin. The married stuff is great! B-sides, why bump uglies with someone you wouldn't marry.
I'm not just going to be one of those "fundy's" without giving you reasons.
1) Outside of marriage, you are exposing yourselves to so many diseases, even if you wear protection (you can get herpes even with condom use--and herpes is the gift that keep on giving.) If both parties are being monogamous within the marriage, diseases are non existent.
2) Sex is nowhere near as glamorous as TV shows it to be. Its great if you know you're gonna be with the person for life but sex without commitment sucks in the end. You have to shake the good times you had with one to find another, and finding another is WORK.
3) Once a woman has sex with a man (especially), he now has your mind, even if he lacked "technique". There are too many women that sleep with men just to be loved.

Sex is great.
Since it is a act of extraordinary intimacy I would only advocate it with someone you have a deep connectedness with. You also need to be frank and open about any diseases you might have... But if you are not close enough to share this sort of information you probably should avoid intercourse. Don't spread STDs!
Also unless you are ready for the responsibility of kids you also should practice some form of reliable birth control.
Marriage is a legal matter and of no real use.

Its a good question... I read the answers to your question from ppl of various religions and I am glad to know that most ppl have said that sex b4 marriage is prohibited.
Something being popular doesnt make it legal. Same goes with sex.
Fornication is not allowed in ISLAM... You can only have sex after marriage with your spouse only.

I've never been married, and I've had sex with several people. After all is said and done, I would suggest that if you don't wait for marriage, be picky. Honestly the thought of sex with only person is kind of depressing, but equally depressing is the thought of going through partner after partner.

No, you should never have sex before marriage. Sex before marriage is also called fornication. The Bible speaks against fornication.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says, "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."
Fornication is a sin. God designed sex to be between one man and his one wife. Not two unmarried people.
And besides, premarital sex has bad consequences.

Sex isn't bad, but you shouldn't have it if you're not married.
If you're dating someone for four months and it's not moving toward marriage, you need to talk to each other and define exactly what the relationship is about. Don't clutter it up with sex because that complicates and changes things.
You should reserve serious dating for people that are potential marriage partners, and reserve sex for marriage.

Any one who believes sex is bad should be seeing a psychiatrist. Or they have never had sex. If you haven't had sex after dating someone for four months you should find someone else. Not having sex before marriage is a stupid religious idea. A person should enjoy safe sex. But make him use a rubber.
