There is much division among Christians today about who's name are we to baptize in.Acts 2:38 tells us to repent and be Baptized in The Name of Jesus. In Matthew 28:19 Jesus tells us to Baptize in the Name of The Father,Son,and Holy Ghost.
We can see that in Acts 19:1-7 that there was a group of men who had received Johns Baptism but not the Baptism of Jesus. When they were babtized in the Name of Jesus they received the gift that is promised by Peter in Acts 2:38c.They received the Holy Ghost and spake with tongues.

Could it be that water baptism should be done in the name of The Father,Son,and Holy Ghost?
And the baptism of the Holy Ghost should be done in the name of Jesus?

I believe there's mention of baptism by water, by fire, and by the Spirit.

"In the name of" means by the authority of or according to the instructions of...

Jesus, the Father and the Holy spirit are united. To follow the instructions of one is to follow the authority of all three.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit was a promise in the New Testament, made to a specific group of people, at a specific time.

Jesus said to the apostles, "Ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence." (Acts 1:5)

This baptism was always a promise, and never a command. This promise was fulfilled "not many days" after it was made. (Acts 2:1-5)

Baptism in water, however, was a command (Matthew 28:18-20, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38, Acts 10:47-48).

First century Christians recieved the gift of the Holy Spirit. This was a sign (Acts 10), but it was not the same as the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:5, Acts 2:1-5).

Throughout Acts, you can see they taught and practiced water baptism "for the remission of sins".

Since water baptism was practiced and taught, we can see that when Ephesians 4:4-5 says "There is... one baptism" then that baptism must be in water.

If Holy Spirit baptism AND water baptism still existed at that time, then there would have been at least 2 baptisms and Ephesians 4:5 would be wrong.
