My friends Holly and Jim met eachother a few years ago. They fell in love, something that happens a lot after a few dates. They continued dating and waited nicely with having sex until they were married.

Every sunday they go to church and they worship their God. For some reason God didn't give them any children. But they travelled to an Ethiopian orphanage to adopt two orphans.

Jim works as a doctor in a well-respected hospital, Holly is a volunteer for Unicef. Their kids are some of the happiest kids I've ever seen.

Weirdly enough, on this forum I always read that according to some old book they will end up in hell. Anybody can tell me why? Is it really simply because both Holly and Jim are male? Sounds so silly to me...

He passed away suddenly after a 5 hour coma. the previous night was a fun filled evening where he enjoyed himself and nobody had a hint that this would happen! I have so many questions to ask him...I want to meet him...either in my dreams or any other way..how do i do it?

Churches are told that they cannot turn away Gay people. I dont think they ever did turn away Gay people, infact most christians I know would love the extra brownie points they would feel to be getting for converting a Gay person to Christianity. However, under the new laws would it be illegal to tell them that they have to change their sexual preferences (or abstain from sex) in order to be "saved"??. I'm not a christian myself but I believe that any religion has the right to desciminate based on it's own dogma. After all isnt that what they are there for? Causing wars and controlling small minded people?

My boyfriend and I have been on a break for 10 days without contact. I've tried to call him but no one picks up. He said he will call me during this time. The break originated when he feels that i don't trust him anymore and that causes him to start having doubts in his mind about the relationship. He said he has a 'gut' feeling. Should i keep waiting for him or should i just move on? I'm afraid that he IS my soul mate and if i made any irrational decisions i may regret later on in my life.

Why do people want to hypenate themselves. I.E. afican - american, native - american, mexican - american. If you are born in Texas I could see you calling yourself a Texan - American, or the same for if you were born in New York, you would be a New York - American. Does anyone else think we need to stop segergating ourselves and just all be AMERICANS!
