It's different for each person. Not everyone has to make decisions on the same subjects in their life.

Among the most difficult decisions I can think of are these:

- To disconnect a family member from life support.
- To have an abortion / give a baby away for adoption.
- Whether or not to separate siamese twins (especially when there is a big risk that one or two of them could die in the operation but they won't live long unseparated either).

It depends on the volume & ferocity of the decision in a given circumstance. It could be self death, marriage proposal, migration...anything c'd be the most difficult.

The decision of wether or not to take your child off life support and let them go....I know because I had to make that choice and there is nothing that compares to it...

Whether or not to eat his/her own body parts to survive being traped somewhere for days without food as a result of some sort of accident or something...

You know like those mountain climbing accidents...

theres a few...it depends on a pov. it could be divorce, it could be deciding to let someone go in the hospital, it could be deciding to have an abortion...theres a lot of difficult decisions

Depends on that persons personality, and the situation. For some it could be a relationship, life, abortion. For some, it may be more material things.

Paper or plastic(just kidding). I think having a child or not, because its a life that your going to help mold and its a very important dicision.
