Do Christians even believe in global warming? If so, are they worried about it? I mean, don't you believe that Jesus is going to come back before global warming kills us all? In that case, do you believe that Jesus is coming back soon? Does the bible reference global warming at all? If so, where, and what does it say/mean?

Someone just asked a legitamate question about a belief system that was not of the mainstream.

The immediate reaction from some was to insinuate that this person is on drugs.

Can someone please epxlain how this is assumption makes sense?

I do not assume that illogical mystics who have beliefs in popular religions are on drugs, why would I assume an illogical mystic of an less than popular religion is on drugs?

At least what she wanted was something admirable, which is more than I can say for a lot of believers, who just want a God so they can tell themselves God will punish people they don't like.

What would it take to help you understand Christians can be at different stages in their walk with Christ & everything that stands for Christianity? When I 1st became a Christian, I had no knowledge about Christianity, as it doesn't magically appear. It was 7 months before I started growing as a Christian, thus, few changes took place in my life. I still laughed at dirty jokes & still believed in what Christians don't, abortions, homosexuality, etc. Asking me if I was a Christian, I would say yes, as I was, but what we call a baby Christian. Since my situation didn't include other Christians in my life, I was walking along the side of the road rather than on the road to Christ. You would be calling me a hypocrite behind my back after hearing me cuss someone out. My life changed when I allowed myself to have a personal relationship with Jesus, yet it was still a process. Wouldn't it be better to judge us with the what we believe in & not how we act since we are all on different levels?

I cry almost everyday, i know it sounds silly but i'm always upset!!! My mom tells me i cry about the worst things, i want to have a day where i'm feeling fresh and happy not sluggish and sad inside of me,what can make me more happier???

Yes, I know others are wondering, now I am expressing it too. It seems that we always have a reason to celebrate, and why not pour a glass of wine or other simliar intoxicating drink to celebrate the celebrating? Why? I propose we petition for a new holiday "Sober Day" where everyone realizes that they too can not drink and still be merry......Its New Year's Eve, 80% of America is drinking? Yes or no? Why?

K. To brief you, I was homeschooled, & altho I was in college at 16, I missed out on opportunities for sports, clubs, etc. in high school. As pathetic as this sounds, I feel like I've missed the opportunity to win or achieve something, and now I'd like to "try" something. Is there anything available on a small-scale for adults? That's right...the so called Blessed Virgin Mary is really the Goddess Herself. She has appeared to many throughout the world. It is time for Her return and time for women everywhere to stand up and be whole once again. I can feel it! Can you? Tell me about it. im 18, a senior in HS and a cook at where i work. theres this girl at my job in a restaurant thats a server thats my age(18) too. i really like her. my friends and people that are close to them told me that shes bisexual and has girlfriends and boyfriends although she sometimes lies about having them. just 2 two days ago she went out of her way to talk to me and we ended up having a long conversation and learned ALOT about eachother. i catch her flirting with me. shes ethiopian and was born their but for the most part lived in the US. what should i do?

actually this is for all those who dont believe in an afterlife...
how do you explain near death experiences? there are thousands and thousands of cases from all over the world and all backgrounds and they are all similar, almost the same exact story. so it cant just be a cult, this has to be a real thing. i dont think we just die and 'cease to exist' altogether.

I was having lunch with 3 female coworkers and we started talking about attractive men, flirty customers, etc. Nothing too graphic. But then 1 woman started talking about how handsome this 1 guy is, yadda yadda, then adds that he is black, with a big smile on her face. I respond with added interest, "Oh, really?" One of the women who was white stands up and says "Thats disgusting. I wouldnt waste my time" then leaves.
Now, Im 38 yrs old and have heard it all. I work in a dept with all men so it gets pretty nasty, if ya know what I mean. But this comment from this woman was just so...friggin rude, derogatory, and downright sh*tty that it basically made my stomach turn. I was at a loss for words when Ive got the biggest mouth in the place. This was yesterday.
My question is, should I just let it go? Should I just realize that this woman is a closeminded rag and simply never talk to her again? What would you do?

At school i'm surrounded by idiots,in 8th grade there were to people who always got on my nerves in any way they could and considered themeselves cool and just pissed me off, and everybody including me noticed how lame they were. Now i'm in my freshman year of highschool,instead of two its one and he has the same ********* and lameness as the people in 8th grade i mentioned. But outside of school,i go to a boys & girls club where i've been going for years since i was 6 i'm now 14,there everything is perfect,no idiots,everybody knows me,i'm very popular,they no about my musical talents,i'm not shy there. Why isnt my school life the same as that? Its like i live to lifes every day.
