It's my native state and I'd never leave it. I love the conservative and religious character of the state. I love the sports (professional and amateur). I love the skiiing and snow. What a state! What do you think?

I was stationed there, at Fort Carson, and enjoyed the weather (Sep thru Jul) although not much of a skier or outdoors type, I found the state and cities able of caring for the conditions. Did get to the casinos at Cripple Creek (that was fun). Visited the southern part of the state also. Thought it a nice place. Went back a five years later to work in Denver, but the position was filled by another in our company so I ended up in San Diego ;)

The Colorado I know is full of progressive thinkers, buddhists and ganj toting freaks. I think of dreadlocked, snowboarding, daredevils downing pints of micro-brew! Thats the Colorado I see.

We must be in a different state of the same state.

My wife and I just came out to see the mountains all covered in new snow. It was awesome. There are so many different parts of Colorado to experience. I feel that you are lucky to live there. I know we feel lucky just to visit now and then.

It doesn't sound appealing to me...sorry. Who wants to go skiing and play in the snow all the time? Its too cold for that mess. But you gotta be proud about where you're from.
