No not exactly, why?
Yeah, church people say he's not in Hell, but what do they know? Their religion is nothing like the religion Jesus had. Now go to sleep.

Actually, omniscient has nothing to do with where God is... omniscient means "all knowing". One can know about a place without being there.
Omnipresent may be a better word for your question. Then again, hell, as I've heard it described is more a "state" than a "place", and this too, would invalidate your question.

God knows whats going on in hell and what those who are there are doing. There won't be any partying in hell. Only suffering and torment. God knew what was going on with the serpent. He had already told Adam not to eat from the tree and allowed Adam to make his own decision.

Omniscient means all-knowing. I think you mean omnipresent. Since God is not physical, He cannot literally be anywhere.
===============================================
Now I see what you mean. But, that is a strange way to view God. God is not just omniscient, but All-Powerful. He knows everything there is to know. This knowledge does not require physical presence. He's not a physical being so He doesn't have eyes, ears, et cetera. God simply knows everything.
As "Deidre" mentioned below, Hell is a state of being, not a place. It means separation from God. Heaven is nearness to God. How can God be in separation from Himself? Neverthless, He is aware of those who are in separation from Him (i.e. in Hell).

The only place hell exists is in the human mind (the deceived and deceiver) and God most definitly does not reside in false beliefs. Humans believe many things that are untrue.

Omniscient means that He is all knowing, not where He is. He doesn't have to be in hell to know all about it.

Yes, he is still omniscient -- all knowing. Omnipresent is probably what you're looking for -- that would mean that he can be everywhere -- he's a spirit, not a man.

Or hell doesn't exists.
Or God is so powerful he can be both in and not in at the same time. Beyond our comprehension.
Next time, please do use logic to discuss an aspect of God, science can't discuss God, neither can you.
