I've used and seen others use over-the-top sarcasm and some people astonishingly treat it as literal! Do we need to add blinking neon lights before sarcastic posts? Should we point to the obvious, over-the-top clues and say "HINT: This is OVER THE TOP and should not be taken literally. In fact, it's a clue that sarcasm and parody are being employed. In my experince, there are really very few Christians who really know a thing about Christianity. For the most part, I like those who do, they're intelligent, thought provolking and honest. I may not agree, but generaly they can at least present a reasonable argument.

What should we call them?

Honestly, Christians.. what happened to the Calvins and the Martin Luthers? Where did the thinking Christians go and why is there so much dogmatic non-sense replacing them?

I don't have a problem with Christianity, I have a problem with how often your responses to me seem like the theological version of blowing rasberries.

Look, I've seen people with psychoses and the 'demonic possession' metaphor is appropriate. Their minds are so entangled in their psychoses that their personality literally is overwhelmed by it. But to treat the metaphor as literal is just plain silly and self-serving and serves just to add to people's problems. Come on! People's psychoses are enough to deal with without self-serving people going around using them to support their religious belief systems! Doesn't it do more harm than good to promote the demons-are-real belief for those whose psychoses leave them in such a vulnerable and impressionable state???

Saddam could have got the nuclear weopans, if India agreed to his request.But India refused because its own weapons were there for defending its nation,it did not want nuclear weapon in the hands of a dictatar. Internationally renowned nuclear physicist Raja Ramanna is among those who have met Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, but is not unduly keen to recollect the encounter.
The former member of Parliament met Hussein in Iraq in 1978.
Dr Ramanna, who once headed the Atomic Energy Commission, reluctantly revealed that the meeting took place at the invitation of the Iraqi leader.Hussein apparently invited Ramanna as he wanted to enlist the help of India's premier scientist to develop Iraq's nuclear prowess.
When he got there, Ramanna was given a grand tour of Iraq's nuclear facilities. Later, Hussein made an offer to the scientist to work with him and help make Iraq a nuclear power to reckon with.
scientist commited to be silence and quiety next morning left Iraq.
