Overall I am a very happy person, I am not rich, probably lower middle class. Yet it seems that I like to spend to much money. I buy me something...use it for a few days, and before I know it I have my mind set on something else. It goes on and on. It hasn't hurt me to bad finacially. Yet it keeps me from putting money aside for savings. If I keep it up it will eventually hurt my finances.
I think it is something I do to make me feel better about not finishing college and getting a job that pays better. What should I do if there is no way to go back to school.

Brought to my attention by other members here in the R&S section, appearently, "Atheism" does not only mean "To not believe in any god" it also means "void of religion and spirituality", and thus, Atheists should not "post in this Christian section"?

Im an Atheistic Satanist and from what I was told, Satanism is a religion and somewhat spiritual, but being a Atheist cancels that out? So technically a Buddhist shouldn't ask questions and answers either, because most are non-theistic?

So my main question is:

If someone is Atheist, they technically should not post here because they have no religion or spirituality, correct?

Im not very religious, ive never read the Bible, or anything like that, but I have heard that in the Bible, it says that homosexuality is wrong, and a lot of Christians think that if you are gay, you should not be a Christian and that are "sinning" and whatever. Well, I don't know about you, but if God thinks that just because people love the same sex as themselves, are sinning and are un-Christian, then he's not as great of guy as Christians belive him to be. Dont take this personally against your religion either, ok? im just interested to as what Christians think and what the Bible does say.

I have a very dear friend, whose life puzzles me very much, so much so that I get upset why I can’t figure out!
He is a very kind, compassionate, forgiving, gentle, loving, caring and spiritual, essentially a do-gooder, basically a philosopher who believes sternly in goodness righteousness and truth.
Now on the other hand he is one of the biggest failures I have seen in my life. He had a business which got ruined by his own employees, who stole left , right and centre and my friend couldn’t believe they did this to him, since he loved and cared about them so much and paid them handsomely. The business has ruined him completely. From a millionaire , he is now worse of than an ordinary middle class person. Yet he refuses to budge! He doesn’t seek revenge. He keeps saying, ‘God is firmly in control and whatever has happened with him is not without the permission of the ‘One Above’ The thieves of his company (who are no longer in HIS service) are laughing their heads off at him.

"The highest history of the American revolutionis this:It connected in ONE INDISSOLUABLE BOND the principles of civil government with the principles of CHRISTIANITY". -- John Adam - 2nd President of the U S

" The American nation from its first settlement at Jamestown to this hour is BASED UPON and permeated BY THE PRINCIPLES OF THE BIBLE". Supreme Court Justice David Joseph Breiver (1837-1910)

" We stake the whole future history of this nation upon the ablility of its people to govern & control themselves according to the 10 Commandments". -- James Madison ...Chief Archetect of the US Constsitution and 2nd Pres. of US.

So why should we believe clueless atheists that are trying to convince us otherwise with fabricated lies? I choose to believe our Founding Fathers and reject the atheists who are trying to re-write history to suit their own selfish agenda.

Problems is with our country. It is not that we are at war, what it is over, or who started it. It is that the majorty of our country has become cowards. no one wants to be in the military because they may have to fight for our country. Is it just me, or are we on a path that we might not be able to defend our country because of the attitude of todays youth towards defending our country, no matter what the cause? It use to be a honor to serve in our Armed Forces, but now they do not want to because they might die? That has ALWAYS been a posability.

Does anyone else think this, or am I just reading into todays lack of desire to protect our country wrong?

I love the scent of 'Apples and Cinnamon' I made 3 lbs of wax into candles for christmas, I added alot of cinnomon oil (a whole ounce) plus numerous melt ins for added scent. I was disapointed by the scent they produced when lit.. like none. But to smell the candle it'self was delightful. Any tips on what I could do to produce a better burning scent? She states that "free willingly" isn't proper english and i would like to know why, despite the fact that it is often used.

Also what are some other commonly used phrases that are considered improper.

I work at retail and every so often I get yelled at by people who are offended when I ask to see ID when they use an unsigned credit card. I do this because I care about identity theft and because I am required to do so. There are some who are happy to be asked and thank me, my question is why do people make a big deal about it? It's not insulting, it's simply a security measure. I would like to hear from both sides if possible.
