What is the general rule of etiquette in regards to a friend or family member you want to have house sit for you (1month). Do you reward them monetarily? If so, what is an adequate amount? They would be staying the house full-time and feeding a dog and 2 birds.

This question however really has nothing to do with religion. Just simply the words.

*If they don't mean the same thing to you then what do they mean?*

My mom is very religious(sp). She hates homosexuals. But the problem is i fell in love with one of my great friends. We are both girls. How am i going to inform my mom that i'm a homosexual? I'm afraid she'll kick me out of the house and family and i will only have my girlfriend as family. She's scared me before by saying being gay is a sin and you go to hell. What should i do?

He never wants sex,I have to complain to get it once or twice a month,(I know he doesn't cheat,we're always together),he won't go down on me,he will only do it 2 positions, says all women want is d---.He is a neat freak and when I talk about being together in the shower,he says only women that get around do things like that.He doesn't want children. He doesn't care if I have nice clothes or not.Seriously please, could he be gay or is he just selfish?I am at a loss and sick of trying.

Americans views on sex is really old-fashioned and kind of annoying. For example here in England American tourists were telling me that nude beaches are "immoral" and that the british dating culture they observed was "Immoral" because they observed getting drunk and being sexually frank as more common here. I told these tourists that I think being sexually frank and getting drunk is human nature nude beaches are just natural, and Americans need to move into the 20th century. What does everyone else think?

We have a 12 year old from Korea that lives with us and goes to school here in Canada. His parents and brother are coming to visit tomorrow. I'm a little nervous because they don't speak English too well. We are going out for dinner but before that they are coming to our house for about 4 hours to visit. What should I do with them? The worst part is my husband has to work for 2 of the 4 hours so I'm left with them and my 2 young kids. Any advice would help. We are really easy going casual people and I have a feeling that they are quite serious and I'm worried I may insult them somehow.

Jesus came to fulfill the Old Testament. Right?

The Laws in the Old Testament do not apply to Christians. Right?

The Ten Commandments are Laws of the Old Testament. Right?

Why then, do so many Christians ask that some Old Testament Laws, the Ten Commandments be posted and followed?

I see some kids being raised by liberal, progressive, permissive parents and these kids look like they have demons, they always have these stupid smirks on their face, they never listen when their parent says do something, they laugh and test their parents, their eye seem like they are rolling back, there always fidgeting and just look delirious. It is really scary, like a whole generation has add. I think it is the result of a lack of discipline and some kind of connection to strange cartoons and other psychological input. What do you think?
