Americans views on sex is really old-fashioned and kind of annoying. For example here in England American tourists were telling me that nude beaches are "immoral" and that the british dating culture they observed was "Immoral" because they observed getting drunk and being sexually frank as more common here. I told these tourists that I think being sexually frank and getting drunk is human nature nude beaches are just natural, and Americans need to move into the 20th century. What does everyone else think?

They are too busy pushing family values and then running off to have affairs and doing meth to realize anything

Here let me help you down off the apple crate, mate. Now, some of we Americans are just as moral and/or immoral as the rest of the world population. We have an adult nude beach about 20 miles from this writer on the Gulf Coast of Texas. I'll bet they have more than red necks huh? I feel no need to completely disrobe, personally. But if you want to; be my guest. I'll be fishing with most of my cloths on thank-you.

You may have been talking to older Americans or people who live in the midwest of thre country and don't get out much. That doesn't represent the view of anyone I come across on a daily basis, but I live near Washington, D.C. But that's kind of ironic; here in America, citizens of England are known as being very staunch and stiff so I'm surprised they would say that.

I know that Germany, Brazil and many other countries have nudity even in tv commercials, but thanks to our censoring, that would never fly here. So to answer your question, I don't know. =)

I'd say that America will get the views of a normal first world country about two centuries after the country has gotten rid of its view, discarding it for a better and more thought out approach. If this horrid Roman-esque debauchery of a country survives that long.

To each their own!

I am sure many Englishmen feel that we are too loud and boisterous in our day to day society. So I think it's ironic that you would view us as sexually prudish.
