Can any of you explain this to me. what are signs of having powers, how do you know?

Hi Liz, everybody has inborn powers, but most people block their awareness of them. Meditate on unblocking your special gifts and try some dream work too. Good luck.

Every human is born with the capabilities of harnessing such powers, but some merely choose not to.
Telekinesis is moving objects without physical contact. The re-shaping of objects using the mind's energies, such as bending a spoon, or key, by just holding it and focusing. The energy to move or bend an object is created by a person's thoughts created by their subconscious mind. Your energy levels must be very high.
While Telepathy is a form of mind to mind contact, or the sending of thoughts from one person to another without using the usual sensory channels of communication, a form of extrasensory perception.
You don't really get many signs other than lets say, you begin hearing people when they don't talk. Or for another example - you shut the door before you put your hand on it. You know through practice and trying.

concentrate on trying to make a small light object move with your mind. This would prove telekenesis.
Telepathy has to do with distant feelings, and being able to recognize them. Just concentrate on feeling other people's feelings.

liz, i'm a clairivoyant if that helps. Telepathy is reading minds, telekenesis is being able to move things with your mind. all 3 require a great deal of mind power. just look me up if you want to know more.
