I am really attached to one of my friends! We get into dumb arguments all the time and stop talking for awhile but within the third day i give in because i hate not talking to her! We have really good times when we're together but when we are not talking i get very depressed! Its krazy because i cant go three days without talking to her but i went a whole two months without talking to another chick. It seem like i am putting alot more into this friendship then is normal because we get into arguments like every 2 weeks and its krazy! I dont think my feelings for her is normal because i care way too much! As she does the same but she says she is tired of coming up to me after an argument so unless i come and talk to her we dont talk but i just feel like im having withdrawls if i dont talk to her!

I sware, I joke about it all the time, and dont get it. Most Americans celebrate Christmas, and ever since 911 people are calling things like a holiday party, a holiday tree etc. It's like we can't say Marry Christmas. HELLO PEOPLE, TIME TO WAKE UP!!!! We have been living with Jews who do not celebrate Christmas, and did not make a fuss about it. Why do we have to do these things for the people who crashed into the towers? HELLO PEOPLE!!!

A 6 year old girl, & her 10 year old brother is throwing paper-airplanes, spitting water out of their straws, running around, hiding under the tables, & making so much noise(they're even pulling each other's hair off).
Their dad seems occupied by a cell phone call that takes forever!
Everone in the restaurant just looks on...
What would you do?
a. politely ask the kids to be quiet
b. tell the dad to control his kids
c. talk to the manager
d. do nothing, & try to enjoy your meal

I don't have the proof, w/o a shawdow of a doubt, not saying that. Just pretend along with me. My question is if I am right and Genesis is true that what ramification would this have? How would it impact you or change your life and views?

Everybody is pushing Christmas out of the way! It isn't like Christmas anymore! I remember when I was little and we used to color those little Santa's and we used to sing Christmas carols in school. But now everybody is pushing Christmas aside and Hannukah and Kwanzaa is taking its place! I don't mind if we also sing Hannukah and Kwanzaa songs and learn about them and stuff, but what about Christmas? Like in my little sisters' school play! They sing Hannukah and Kwanzaa songs, but no Christmas songs whatsoever! I can't BELIEVE it! And now in school we can't say 'Merry Christmas'! We have to say 'Happy Holidays'! I mean, I really don't mind singing about Hannukah and Kwanzaa and learning about them in school, but there is no Christmas. Who agree with me? What can we do about it?

If they did a test on the turin shroud, they should be able to get some of god's DNA? Even the immaculate conception must have donated an egg containing DNA. Yes, this was too advanced for the bible inventors, wasn't it?

I'm a devout believer in Christ, but I've never had personal experience with this, and I'll admit that it freaks me out. I have seen God work miracles and I believe in spiritual gifts, but I'm rather suspicious on this one. What do you know and think about it?

Did you know that the original language of the books of the bible where it mentions Jesus has brothers and sisters that the word of "cousin" wasn't in use?

And many times all those who followed Him were allowed in His family as brothers and sisters.

Also, the word "until" you read in your english version of the Bible did not have the same conotation in its original language. ("until she gave birth" or something like that is used to prove she had children w/joseph)

Why must I point out, again, that many scholars believe that James was a cousin.

The Bible is explicit, when she concieved she had never "Known" a man.

Joseph may have thought of her more of anothers wife.

I have this particular tattoo with a Shiva Lingam & Yoni, Swastika, Trishula, Aum. It was designed by a guy with a two year university art degree using my crude reference materials. There is a lot of vivid color details. I desire some Sanskrit script below the tattoo. I would like my Hindu name "Shankar" below the artwork. I have found the script on Wikipedia. I really need your assistance to verify this before I receive the tattoo Saturday. Here is an article on Ravi Shankar that spells his name in Hindi.

Here is an article on Lord Shiva. During the list of his epithets or multiple names. You have Shankara in Sanskrit. I would prefer Shankar rather than Shankara. When you look at the Hindu and Sanskrit text for the name Shiva it is absolutely the same.
