I heard this joke that "You know you're Black if your favorite drink is Kool-Aid and your favorite flavor is RED." Lol, is this true? Or does that only apply to ghetto Black people? Why is Kool-Aid a Black or ghetto drink?

One of my supervisors does something that offends just about everyone working for her, as well as the other supervisors. If it gets busy, she pushes everyone (capable or not) off of the espresso bar and takes over.

Normally, I do not take it personally, sometimes other people do. Last night I was having a really bad day and I nearly blew up at her. I went into the back room and was in tears and the supervisor had no idea. I am not the first person that has reacted this way. I think that she does this as a means of asserting her authority in a negative way.

Instead of blowing up at her (or waiting until someone else does), the more effective way would be to communicate how I feel and indicate that others tend to agree. I could also go to the manager, but she wouldn't respect that and would think of it as tattling.

How do I approach her? This is a bossy, intelligent woman who likes each thing done a certain way.

I see these fingerprint scanners now at banks, grocery stores, etc. Does anyone use them ? If so, why ? Do you see anything wrong with it ? Does anyone think it will become a mandatory 'security' measure ?
Also, where do you live ? Country & City, please. Thanks.

My husband and I have spent many Christmases together, but this will be the first Christmas we spend together alone. So, this year I would like to get him something extra special. I always get him little gits and gagets like clippers and Eddie Bayor accessories, but I would like to go all out this year. He is beginning to really get into his music now. He makes beats on his laptop along with his mini keyboard, but the real reason (I think) he's getting into this is because he is about to go out for a 6 month deployment. So with all of that said...what do you think I should get him for this Christmas?

I am getting my present at some stage either before or just after christmas this year as it is to move in with Laura, that is what I consider to be my present but she is buying me things grrrrr, one thing being a new car.........grrrrrrrrr but I love her for it, she offered so dont say anything stupid..

So i've givin him so many hints that im bi or gay and that im intrested ive touched him flirted held his hand i've done everything im not the most masculine dude in the world an he dosent c that im GAY !!!!. So i've been trying forever to hook up with him and then he starts talking about a**l s&X so i said hook line and sinker fianlly but it rooted to his girl and how he loves her blah blah blah I dont get it cant he tell im gay and i guess he cant be intrested since he through his girl up like 4 times what do you think.but he did keep mentioning anal sex i dunno our situation is weird he confuses me he always says sexual things to me. If thats your thing. I know people wont make their kids do anything but thats not what im saying. Im pretty creative, and i love the spirit of christmas, would u create a realistic reality for your child? U know that whole magic and curiosity? what if u could make that reality come to life?
