Consider the air you breath . Who made sure we all had enough air to breath ?

Who ensures the earth turns once in exactly 24 hrs. We don't need to keep adjusting our watches because it is accurate.
If there is no intelligent being behind it, how did the earth become so clever to make its rotation in 24 hrs and revolution around the sun in 365 days ?

Who started the 'big bang' , if you happen to believe in the 'big bang' theory ?

Where did matter come about in the first place ?

Please give me a proper answer without swear words or vulgarities.

I want to hear your intelligent reply and not a venting of frustration and anger at me or others who believe in God.

If you become "NASTY" it seems to me that you've already lost. If you choose to believe in God, Jesus, the bible, Atheism, Agnostic,Mormon what ever your belief is, should we all just respect each other's view???

I think a person's belief is the most sacred thing a person can own...why do some insult others in such an aweful way???

Let it go...not everyone will follow what you believe. Does it insult you that others don't feel the way you do???

Is it not better said that the real truth is you have deep insecurity that forces you to critical of others.

I mean like cousins, mom, dad, siblings, auants, uncles, whoever! I have a good point to this....I'm sorry if this is a stupid question towards y'all but I was just thinking...did he have any family...if so....wouldn't there be a person who is actually related to Jesus or God himself? While the majority of Muslims are peaceful, I have come to the conclusion that Islam sanctions violence as evidenced by the jihadists & the failure of Muslims to bring the jihadists to justice. The jihadists cite the Koran as the basis of their violence. The fact that the Koran advocates violence at all seems contrary to the will of God. While other countries allow Muslims to practice their religion, I find it interesting that they do not allow others to practice theirs in Islamic countries. I am sorry to have reached this conclusion because I have always believed in tolerance of others but feel we can no longer afford to trust anyone who is Muslim. After all, you can't judge who is a terrorist or who isn't.

Can anyone give me reason to change my mind?

"I'm more spiritual than religious." The saying just confuses me a bit; for whatever reason, I can't grasp what people are trying to say. Don't most all religions require spirituality in order to truly be a part in that specific religion? Thanks for any help!!! ;-)

I am just curious to see what hearing people have things to talk about deaf people...have you interact with deaf people...how was that like...you have deaf friends??? How is like to have a deaf friend??? You learn any of their languages??? How?? You learn anythin' of deaf cultures??? What do you see differences between deaf and hearing cultures??? I just started dating this guy, who's been one of my best friends for years...him and I have been waiting awhile for this.

Of course...I want the perfect gift for him for Christmas. He likes these demonic action figures, strange paintings by an artist called Chet Zar, horror movie masks,...etc. What can I get him to make our first Christmas together special? And where can I get stuff like this?

I want to get him those things because his passion is to break into the horror genre, hopefully with his writing and illustrations, and I want to show my support. His room is covered in this stuff for inspiration. He's not insane or anything, he's perfectly normal, I've known him for years, so please...no suggestions regarding giving him a BIble or taking him to church. This is a serious question.

It makes PERFECT sense that mankind would create a religon that helps them cope with the death and violence around them. It makes even better sence how mankind would use their religon for finacial gain and social power. During the early years almost everyone was a peasants or slaves so, of course, they are going to incorporate that into their religon to make it seem like life is more than working for nothing, and dying. Anyone see where I am going with this?

stupid question I know, but I can't help it.
