Fact and truth is not the same thing. Facts express reality in terms of numbers, informations, time, money, finished job. Truth is what we feel inside and in includes religion, love, understanding, compassion and other spiritual things.
For example: fact is that the telephone conversation with one girl lasted 1 minute and 35 sec. But truth is that for such time I have spend one year in praying and I invested all my heart, soul and faith to tell her that I love her. But for her facts remain facts and truth is something not clear.
They say that dead body has 21 gram less weight. It is the fact. But the truth is that the soul is worth much more and it is precious.
Another example: fact is that I have told my mother 15.500 times that she is dear to me. That is the fact but the truth is that me and my mother have made little paradise in our humble home.
So what you prefer: fact or truth? If you prefer facts, rememeber that your last sex lasted 5 minutes and 35 seconds and it was cool.

"If" they are being hypocrites, this involves issues of right and wrong. Things found in the bible, etc.
So.....IT IS FOOLISH FOR ATHIESTS TO BASH CHRISTIANS IF AT ANYTIME A BELIEVER MESSES UP!
The believer at this point, would only be inforcing the results of acting out of an immoral heart.
The bible is for TRUTH. Atheism is for the denial of absolutes.
ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY SURE THERE ARE NO ABSOLUTES?
Think about it. -LIVE4TRUTH =]
**It is a contradiction for atheists to reject Jesus BECAUSE others are bad examples, they still are responsible for THEMSELVES.
CHRISTIANITY IS ABOUT SELF AWARENESS, 100%.

THIS IS NOT A QUESTION FOR CHRISTIANS (OR OTHER THEISTS). UNLIKE MY LAST QUESTION, HAVE SOME RESPECT BY NOT REPLYING IF YOU ARE A THEIST.

If you see trends in Europe, people tend to be Atheistic for the most part. Sure there are some churches and what not, but most people do not attend church. In the past 100 years we have seen a dramatic change into a world that is becoming almost entirely without religion. What has caused this? How can we do this to spread it amongst the Americas, Africa, and Asia? And how long do you think it will take for the world to follow the European trend?

According to numerous scientific studies, it is worthless. To anyone with any common sense it is absurd. Just as is religion.

There is ample material debunking the Myth that humans use only 10% of their brain capacity. Are Christains so devolved from the rest of us they cant check or basic facts and rely on dogma and brainwashing for information?

Again, if you're a Athiest, this question is not for you, so please don't reply and respect my freedom of speech by not reporting.

Why is it that Athiest's cannot get it? Do you see the Hypocracy of what they believe? When one of us falls, Like Swaggert, Baker, or Haggard, they are quick to point it out, but they themsleves do not believe in any morals themselves and do not want to abide by any moral law, they want to live according to what they want, and set their own rules, justifying vertually anything, but when one of us falls they are quick to point that out, (hypocrates) all of them.
Even King David whom God called a man after His own heart fell, David Committed adultery and murder, but he was forgiven.
And it is interesting how they know nothing about us as they claim we have wothless lives and no education, while many I have met,and millions more have PH D's and live very happy lives, this is beyond their comprehension,

To start off, I am an Anglican and a Christain. I am 100% in my belife but when I read the comments here I cringe in pain. How can you be SO DUMB. You don't only have FLAWED and IDIOTIC arguments but you make the rest of us look bad. For example you PROVE christianity using bible verses. That is not how you prove something, do it from a historic and scientific point of view. I CAN prove it both scientificly and historicaly. You cannot prove the bible is true by quoting the bible.

This is not meant to be insulting, but please think through your flawed logic before making us all look stupid. Does anyone else besides me get annoyed like this?

A friend of mine is determined to convert me into the Islamic faith. He insisted that i find out more about the religion by asking friends and reading etc. I told him that I am not prepared to sacrifice my opportunity of everlasting life. That is why i ask the question " Who better than Jesus, is a shining example of Truth and Everlasting Life". Why would you want to follow anyone else? Serious answers only please. Respect to all faiths.

Circe, the dread goddess, the grand-daughter of celestial Ocean, is the Lady of the isle of Aiaia, a piece of land lost in the mists of the Mediterranean Sea. The position of the island is not noted in any nautical map. Those unfortunate crews of vessels sailing by the island that out of curiosity or need decide to go ashore for food, water or other quests, meet the fabulous mistress and charmed by her beauty, drink the potions she offers as refreshment. As Circe’s vile substances take effect, the once valiant men begin to change shape and soon...

Did some religious nut make this up? You will find no scientist who says this is true. Supersititions, myths, and religions have no validity, but people believe them. Friday the 13th isn't unlucky, and the Loch Ness Monster and Easter Bunny don't exist.
