No, atheism does, that why you can't even spell the word meNtal.

Since I am not sure what my metal capacity is I cannot give you a definitive answer on that one. If you are asking about mental acuity then I would have to say that I sincerely doubt I have given anything up for my religious affiliation. That said, I will also interject that there is a spell check button that you may have needed to avail yourself of before you began tossing out questions of Christian's evolutionary progress.

Well, if the 90%< is correct, then my IQ should be in the top 2% of the world and not the top 10%.
I rely upon research of the Holy Scriptures for my religion, and not upon some man made up donkey doo.

...Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you are going to enjoy the Lord's blessings today, like a good meal and perhaps watching football.
...I have found that being a Christian has improved my mind - some would say I am cracked in the head, but I'd say that's where the light got in - but anyway, consider this verse, Colossians 2:3:
...In Him (Christ) all the treasures of [divine] wisdom ([d]comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God) and [all the riches of spiritual] knowledge and enlightenment are stored up and lie hidden.
...I enjoy a personal relationship with Christ, who has all this wisdom and knowledge - I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I don't mean to correct you, but your numbers are a little off. Religion reduces mental capacity by 100%, religious people actually stop thinking for themselves completely.

It doesn't have to. The problem is that some traditions teach blind faith and do not empower their followers to think for themselves. It is not religion or Christianity... it is the religious traditions that seek power and control over people.

no,but fanaticism can.if something keeps you from being observant to reality,it's probably not the religion itself.more likely it's an overwhelming problem within the is trying(subconciously) to fill a void.

Hahahaha! I think they are so close minded and in their own little world that they refuse to see the truth, even if it's staring them in the face.
