Noah getting caught 'drunk and naked', does not seem to be the problem; what happened (whatever it was; the Bible does not explicitly say what Ham did was) afterwords was the problem.

Noah cursed him when he woke up with his hangover in the morning. Perhaps Canaan tried to put some moves on drunk naked grandpa in the night.

Um NO.
The Bible even speaks against getting drunk! Noah was one of the ONLY righteous men on the entire earth at that time so I HIGHLY doubt that he was drunk, let alone drank at all!

It is in the Book of Genesis. I've read it. What does it mean, though? There are more than a few opinions about it.
