If God is Real, Then so is the Easter Bunny, The Tooth Fairy, ect, ect... (Why? Well prove me wrong)

Do they really think there is something inside a crosswalk control system that "detects" a large crowd waiting to cross, so it changes the light faster?

It's so hilarious to see people with determined looks on their faces pulsating on that little button thinking they will actually get to cross the street quicker.. haha

If you meet someone who is charming (of course), yet fits the DSM-V cluster definition of a narcissist (age 36), and he says he's lonely and has no friends even though he can talk easily with people, should you tell him why? Is it arrogant to even try? Is it a corresponding behavior with some sort of weird transference to even care? If you ask him to politely leave you alone, and he then attempts to make you feel bad, suggesting you are the one with the problem for not having a big enough heart, is this just more of the pattern manifesting? If this person is a high school teacher, and seems to get overly involved in his female students lives (particularly the ones from broken homes), should you be concerned?

At Thanksgiving dinner, my family takes turns telling the things they are most thankful for in the past year. I am thankful for the best husband in the world. I am thankful for my family, my loving grandsons and how wonderful it is to have them in our family. I am thankful for two of the best daughters God ever gave anyone. I am thankful for my son-in-law, and his loving nature. Mostly I am thankful for the faithfulness of God and His loving grace through Christ Jesus.

If for one am opting out while I can! I hate the need for people to spend silly amounts of money on gifts people don't want, need or use!

Within my family (sisters, parents and brother in laws) we do a secret santa with a limit of £20 and one rule - it has to be silly!

You know 'I saw this and thought of u' things. For neices and nephews we have a limit of £30 and my friends don't feel the need to buy each other pressies - we love each other all year!

Me and hubby spend about £40 on each other, small thoughful gifts. If there is anything we're 'needing' we just buy it throughout the year!

My son is only one but we're going to try not to spol him - easier said than done I guess!

How do u feel about the whole endulgence of the season?

I have a boyfriend right now, and I love him to death. But theres no real physical attraction, it's so bad that I dont even really want to kiss him. I dont want to talk to him about this because I dont want to hurt his feelings.
I've always called myself bi, but now I dont think that I am. I've really started to like girls a whole lot more than guys, and I am really confused.
I'm really kind of scared because my family is a bunch of conservative christians, and while i'm not, i'm afraid of disappointing them again.
How do I really know my sexual preference, because I am so lost, and getting somewhat depressed thinking about the whole situation.
