Because with the coming of the written word, stories are no longer passed orally from generation to generation, mutating and self-hyperbolizing in a sort of LOOOOOOOONG game of "telephone" Staffs don't turn into snakes. Never did. Never will. Deal.

We cannot do things like this now because they were never done to begin with. If things like this were done in the past, don't you think we'd be able to replicate the process? And since we cannot, who's to say, besides a book written by MAN, that things like this were even possible?

Because its a simple Hebrew myth. It is not Possible. Satan cant create life. That's reserved by god according to the Greek scriptures.
