I have asked a similar question before and I loved the responses. I am looking for more input from intelligent minds, Atheistic and Xtian alike.

Most, if not all, Xtians will agree that God is an omniscient being. This means that He knows all from the beginning of time until the end. Agreed?

Therefore he knows if you are getting into "heaven" or "hell" already.

"Pardon me! Did I break your concentration" - Pulp Fiction

Doesn't this irk you? It should if you are a thinking Xtian. It should p*ss you right off.

This means living your life is defined because your future is already set by God, and was well before you were conceived. So technically, you have no control over your life, and your life will be lead the way God already planned it.

So if you go to heaven, or hell, it was Gods choice eon's ago, and cannot be changed; no matter how you live today, tommorrow, or next year.

Your thoughts please? How does that make you feel? Any counter-arguments?

I have a boyfriend (I'm gay) with whom I have a really great relationship with. He is very into guys with great bodies and works with this stud who has an excellent figure including huge biceps of which my guy can't keep his eyes off. Over the past year I've noticed that they've become good friends and tend to flirt quite a bit with each other. Is this a normal component of comfortable gay and straight relationships? Should I be worried about anything? I've confronted my boyfriend about this and he says that there's nothing there and it's harmless. I'm not so convinced and need some opinions of straight guys who may be in this situation.

If they do not believe in gift giving then why does my neighbor (who continually puts Jehovah witnesses literature on my door) wear a huge diamond ring on her wedding ring finger? Obviously she did not buy if for herself, and you would think that it is putting emphasis on something other than Jehovah right? I am interested in what other people think about this.

Churches in Missouri were posting anti stem cell signs and sending out fliers, and having prayers to stop this admendment. It passed. A liberal Democrate just took the Senate. Minimum wage increase passed. Looks like your prayers were not answered. IS jesus really a Liberal or is it that he did not want his church to be a place of politics?

I heard this twice today, once by e-mail and once in someone's blog, like it was a fact. But a Yahoo! search only turned up an old rumor. Is the RNC chairman (Ken Mehlman) actually gay, and if so, is there a reliable source? Just curious.

I have heard that when you convert to being a Muslim you must confess that Jesus was a prophet, is this true?

I know Jews do not recognize Jesus as the Messiah but what about as a prophet?

Please explain how your religions view Jesus and his teachings.
