MY daughter,lara is 12 and wants to give gifts to her friends or as she calls them her "peeps".I am in no position to buy 20 store bought gifts not as a banker.I would like a good,reuseable handmade gift thats not to complex.I suggested handmade carsds but she already said no.Because everyone else gives her homemade gifts and she never get them anything.Last year she made hot cocoa mix but it was expensive and I would like something affordable.She also decides to do things like this the night before the last day before x-mas break and stress me out when shes up until 11.I am making her do it early this year.If anyone could help that would be great an easy 10 points to the best answer.

I had a dream I was driving a car really fast and being chased. But I stopped just in time before going over the cliff. The other car didn't. I didn't know the cliff was there I just stopped before going over. I heard a voice to stop, I didn't see anyone. I just stopped. Lately, I have been dreaming of luxury trucks, big houses, and an enormous bank account. I want to believe that my prayers are being answered but I just want others opinion. What does this all mean?

John the Baptist explained why he was preparing the way for Jesus Christ by quoting the words of Isaiah, "Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God" (Isa. 40:3). The New World Translation of the Jehovah's Witnesses puts it, "Clear up the way of Jehovah…"
Matthew shows how John fulfilled this prophecy by preparing the way of Jesus Christ (3:3, 11-17).
The book of Mark begins with the announcement that God was sending John the Baptist to prepare the way of Jesus Christ saying, "Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight" (Mark 1:1-3). The New World Translation: "Prepare the way of Jehovah, you people, make his roads straight…" John the Baptist, in preparing the way of Christ fulfilled this prophecy. He prepared the way of Jehovah because Jehovah is Jesus Christ come in the flesh.

People often contend that when pushed to the limit, people will get desperate, and suddenly turn to god in desperation, that the sudden and present danger will give them faith they previously lacked.
I doubt this is true in the first place, but that is not the point of the question.
Have you ever noticed how both the religious and non-religious, with a few exceptions, seem to cling so desperately to life?
Even the religious usually panic when it comes down to the line, in spite of their promises of eternal life in heaven.
It seems to me that shellshock can make a person lose their faith more easily than it can make them find it.
