yes i know, my SHIRT is pretty spiffy, but please, eyes up here when i'm talking to you!

If you wore not-quite-as-spiffy shirts and instead played up what you have above the neck (whether that would be beautiful eyes, beautiful hair, or even intelligence) it would be less of a problem for you.

There's a chance that your chest is yelling out "look at me", and if you really didn't want that to happen you would figure out what it would take to stop it from happening. Many women with good builds live nicely without the problem you say you have.

As a woman, I couldn't be less interested in someone's chest; but I've found myself looking, on occasion, if someone has shown up showing cleavage or else looking like like they suddenly decided to put balloons under the shirt. Looking, though, doesn't always amount to admiring; so throw some kind of jacket on if your chest is awkwardly big or else don't wear the padding if that's what you're doing - and your problem will be solved.

Final Note: If, by any chance, you've got cleavage going on that's what people will look at too. Again, not always out of admiration but sometimes out of amazement that a woman doesn't know where it is appropriate to show cleavage and where it really isn't.
(I live in a cold part of the climate, and I was once amazed to see cleavage and no coat show up at a local Burger King when it was about 30 degrees out!)
